Took in my engagement ring and wedding band (both white gold) rings to be sized down from a 7 to a 5.25. It took about 3 hours. When I returned to get my rings, a man (didn’t catch his name, but he had long hair) brought them out to me. I looked over my wedding band first and immediately saw large lumps where they sized it. It wasn’t smooth at all. This was visible from arms length away that’s how bad it was. I pointed it out and the employee seemed irritated, but said he’d fix it. He went into the back to work on it. While he was gone I looked over my engagement ring. The band was now uneven and discolored all along where they sized it. Employee returned with my wedding band. He handed it to me and immediately tried to start getting me to pay before I even looked at it. I looked over the wedding band. It was better, but still not great. I handed him my engagement ring and pointed out the issues of it being uneven and discolored. He took it and walked off. Retuned after a bit and again starts trying to ring me up without me looking at it. My engagement ring is still discolored along the back and still has small uneven bumps. Additionally, they scuffed up one of the prongs that holds my solitaire. At this point, I can tell the employee obviously does not care as he hasn’t once asked if I thought the rings were better. It’s also obvious to me that they are not capable of fixing them correctly. Cost over $150 for terrible quality sizing. Also, the discoloration does not wash off. It seems to be permanent. Complained about how they messed up my ring on here in the past, and how I don’t trust the young men she had working on my ring, because for one they used yellow gold over my white gold and left a huge gap in my ring - turns out I’m 100 percent correct I had 3 diamonds over a few years replaced only there ( before last fiasco with gold and gap) I’ll mention every time I fixed it there, — strangely a week later another fell out- 3 times!!!!- so last time instead of going back where they jacked up my ring I went to replace the diamond that fell out after yet again they fixed my ring so I just took it to where I bought it from I also needed an appraisal it had 79 diamonds and funny how 3 of the stones were damn fake! The three I had this company fix! If you had them replace any diamonds get it checked!!!! We could not be happier with Cindi's One Hour Jewelers. My girlfriend surprised me with a beautiful diamond and amethysts ring for my birthday that she bought with the help of Stephanie at Cindi's. It is absolutely stunning and my gf was so happy with the service she received. After receiving my ring I took in two strands of pearls that my mom had given to me and had the clasps repaired. Stephanie remembered my gf and wanted to make sure we were happy with the ring she had purchased. Again, Stephanie was amazing and friendly and knowledgeable and took excellent care of us.
