We stopped in after a long day in Bryce canyon. Shortly after leaving the park my wife asked me what I thought of that little BBQ trailer for dinner. Great!! Now with BBQ on the brain and an hour and a half ride back it was agonizing. Well, we finally got to this little gem which is the part you care about... A gem it is. First and foremost the owners/ hosts are super friendly, nice folks. The service was second to none. And the food... Oh the food. We had such a great meal. My wife had the barbacoa nachos. The portions were generous and prices were AMAZING. Next time I drive from AZ to UT, I'll plan ahead and stop at...

The pork was also greasy. There was a little pool of grease in the corner of the container. I never ever waste food. I always finish what I order. In this case, I tossed out the potato's and corn bread. My wife didn't finish...
