Don't get scammed out of your money by this boutique like I did. Back in December 2021, I ordered a outfit that had been sold out several times. I was lucky enough or so I thought, to get to place an order when they had restocked the item. When I received the outfit, I immediately realized it was defective. The invoice gave an email address to contact if there was an issue. I immediately emailed pictures and asked what could be done to make it right because I figured they didn't have another set to send me. I have yet to hear back from the boutique. I happened to mention it on one of Jenna's TikToks one day and she immediately basically called me a liar. However, she asked me to email proof to a different email address for the boutique, which I did. I sent these pictures as well as my original email from back in December 2021 so they could see that this really happened. Jenna then blocked me on TikTok and has not once responded to the email she asked me to send. I am out $70.19 for an outfit I cannot even wear. If I had been Jenna I would have done the right thing and made it right with my customer. The outfit was a very light beige color but had this very random blue thread in a couple different places of the shirt as well as multiple loose strings just all over the place. The day I ordered it, I had been at work as a nurse in the ER. I had sat an alarm on my phone so I could order it when it was released again but had been busy with a patient at the time of it going live. I figured they were out of stock by the time I remembered but they weren't. I thought I was so lucky and couldn't wait to get it. Guess, the joke was on me because I ended up with a very expensive useless outfit. Since I was ripped off, I haven't dared to risk ordering anything else from them. That just isn't the way to do business with people especially a small business such as theirs. It's unfortunate too because they have such...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve shopped this boutique from the very first store they opened in Concord. Iāve continued to shop with them at their Kannapolis store. Iāve never had one bad experience until last week. Iām assuming it was bc I went in 30 min before closing. I wasnāt greeted when I walked in, instead I was met with a sour face from the girl who was closing. She never once asked if I needed help with anything. Instead she continued to give me the āstank eye.ā I rushed thru the store to see if there was anything, I wanted. I asked about a size in a certain tee shirt, and the girl rudely responded, āwhatās on the table is all there is.ā I asked, bc I know they keep stock in another area. It was fine if they didnāt have it, it was more about her tone. She was already closing down the register by 5:45. The entire time, I felt rushed, not welcome, and it was obvious, she was ready to leave. I grabbed two items and slung them on the counter. She said nothing, except my total, which was pretty close to $84. I wouldāve spent more in there, but I was over the dirty looks and the huffing and puffing. I had a gift card that I usedā¦so no interfering with her register. I grabbed my bag and left, and will never be back. That one visit, left a bad taste and I will not be back. 3 Jemās lost a longtime customerā¦that usually spends over $200 a visit. I also, might add that their prices have def gone upā¦the cheapest clothing item, minus the sales rack, that I saw was $38(a tee shirt). Iāve always loved this boutique, the sisters and their mom have always been super helpful and friendly, even other employees have always been greatā¦but not this girl. Sorry 3 Jemās, youāve officially lost a longtime, once...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst and last time going in this place. After walking around downtown me and my wife decided to go inside this store and check it out. My wife is looking for a new dress for an event for her work. When we came into the store we weren't greeted but noticed that we were being washed the whole entire time as if we were going to go and steal something. We didn't have any bags with us anything other than our clothes on so no way to be able to hide something and get out of the store with it. Now granted we were in t-shirts and shorts and flip-flops so we didn't probably look like we belong there. Other people came in with strollers big bags, lots of things that they could hide something in but did not get the same treatment as us. When my wife went to try on two of the dresses. She left one of them in the changing room as she had before when she visited. When she walked out of the changing room and came over to me and we were looking at some more stuff as she was holding on to one of the dresses. One of the ladies working there went over to the changing room that she just came out of snatched open the curtain and grabbed the dress and then stared at my wife as she walked back to the cash register. The whole situation had us feeling uncomfortable to say the least. So we put the dress back and left the store. The people that own this store should teach their employees not to judge people by what they're wearing or treat them any differently. They should treat every customer as a paying customer and make them feel comfortable enough...
