I bought two shirts. They were both said 2X on the tag but when I got home I went to put one on and it was too small. I took the other one and tried it on and it was fine. In a couple of days I ran back in the store with the shirt that was sized wrong still in the original bag along with the receipt. I took it over to the checkout area and told them the problem and that I needed to find another one that was the right size. I looked and they didn't have anymore. I went back and told them they didn't have anymore that I just need a refund. They refused to refund even though I had the tags, the receipt and the bag from the store. They said exchanges only. So, I left with a credit. The man said that it was written on the sign that they did exchanges only and when he showed it to me it was very small faded out print. Something like that should be posted in big letters. Anyway it was a bad experience and on top of that it was hot in there. I would not recommend this place unless you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you won't need to...

I went there for the first time today. Boy, what I've been missing!!! The quality of service in this place is mind blowing. Janet was the sales asst. who helped me and I have to say she has the patience of a saint!!! She was also quite pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The prices are excellent, I couldn't believe what I got for what I spent. And it's quality stuff too!!! I seriously doubt I'll ever shop for clothing anywhere else again. They really left an impression on me. The only down side is if you're not familiar with that area it's kind of a pain in the butt to get to since the downtown area was redone. Once you get there there's plenty of parking though...they have their own lot. I highly recommend them if you don't already...

The customer service at this business is disheartening. There was a rack full of pants hanging below a 50% off sign. When I checked out, the price did not reflect that. When I brought it to their attention, I was accused of being dishonest. I walked her to the rack, she could clearly the sign and the fact that those were the only pants under the sign. She talked it over with 2 other employees and they decided that the best course of action was to just remove the sign and not honor their mistake. She displayed a poor attitude throughout the entire ordeal and waved me off as I left the store. I will not be back and encourage you to do the same if you are looking for great customer service...
