My nearly 90 yr old mother needed her signatue notarized. While there she had an anxiety attack. The gentleman helping her got a chair for her and quiclky assisted me in holding her up until she could sit. Continued our business then assisted me getting her to the car whem we were done. He was very attentive, professional and was genuinely concerned for my mother. Not many people, business, or not even give seniors a second thought. I didn't get this mans name, but will before the week is out. He needs to be recognized for the way he handled the situation! I know I am grateful for his actions and his attiude. I needed some brochures printed up for my IT services business, so I visited three local companies to get pricing. I chose the UPS Store not because it was cheapest but because it's owner operated; and Chris gives his clients personal service. That means a lot. He took the time to review different paper types and weights. He showed me some other brochures he had printed up for comparison. I visited the store to send a package and it went as well as expected. I tracked my package 2 days after the expected delivery and was told it was delivered to dock. I called customer service and was told your package is missing, I will send you a link to file a claim. I paid extra to make sure it was delivered on the next business day so as not to miss an important deadline but Ups do not care, am suppose to file a claim to get back my shipping fee but the waste of my time, or missing my deadline is my fault because I dare to trust their business with my package.
