Employees will exit restroom without washing hands, touch money then food without hand washing in between, leave chicken and food in baskets suspended above fryer until customer orders it and dunk it back into hot oil to reheat. Do NOT store food according to safe food handling practices as recommended by USDA or local health department. It seems this establishment has lost their respect of safe food handling procedures, sanitation, and overall wellbeing of their customers. (Food poisoning several times from here). With a sanitation grading of 94, it may seem ok but it's not, it's our fault (the customers) for not demanding higher standards from this eating establishment. If we do not give them our business based upon their lack of care for their craft, then it opens the door (no pun intended) for another business to occupy this dirty building and provide healthier, safer and fresher food. Regardless of what y'all may say about this place, we get more business than most of the crappy restraunts out here. Y'all complain about service being bad etc , we'll this place has been open for more than 15 years and counting. If you worked at a place that long and delt with rude and disorderly people all day wouldn't you be a bit edgy too? These people get up every single day... Early in the morning and come to work. 12, long hour shifts 7 days a week with no complains. Until one of y'all have the work ethic such as these people, keep your comments to yourself. Our food is delicious, and we take hundreds of orders a day. Do you think your emotional posts are going to shut us down? Lol we have regulars, and people that have been coming here for years. Figured I would try something new. All the good Chinese food restaurants are usually low key. Bad decision! Ordered my food, the lady was snappy and seemed irritated at my delivery directions. Food took 36 minutes to get to me and I'm 5 minutes down the road. They give you a lot of food to compensate for taste. The low mein looked like spaghetti noodles and tasted like it too. The sesame chicken was burnt on the outside and the pieces that weren't were bland. The fried rice was yellow jasmine rice with some uncooked carrots and peas. The best part was the egg role, but with the cheap duck sauce that tasted like salt and pepper corn chips, it was terrible. I paid $17 for my order, not including tip.for delivery.
