Stadium Lofts — Local services in Kannapolis

We relocated my Grandmother to Kannapolis in November of last year. The apartment is beautiful and is in the middle of downtown. With all new construction there were a couple of issues that came up. Terrible experience if you end up with an upstairs neighbor that stomps around during quiet hours. Noise vibrates through the walls, so you can hear people’s conversations too. First two months and I’m regretting having moved in.

I expected to deal with noise due to the location, but my issues are within the building. I guess it’s 2025 and it’s apartment living, so motel-like noise quality is what you get with new construction.

New construction apartments with top of the line appliances and amenities. The location couldn’t be better. Next to the ball park with booming downtown with lots of shops and dining. Close proximity to everything...
