Had an amazing experience with Melissa on 10/13 for the Friday the 13th deals! Went in with two friends around 5 pm, was told it would be 2 hr wait for piercings and 4 hrs for tattoos. Signed our names n left numbers, was told they’d call us. Around 830 we go back, (3.5 hours later) and tell them we had signed up earlier, and they tell us that they’ve been super busy and unable to call everyone (that’s okay it’s fri the 13) and that we could sign up and they’d honor the deals the next day, or we could wait some more. We elected to wait, and about an hour later we are called back and 1 friend gets her tattoo worked on. She was only able to get one of the two she wanted, and no piercings because around 10 I had to take her back to her baby, so my second friend got hers while we left (told the artist we’d be back cause friend #2 and I still wanted piercings and I wanted my tattoo if possible) I came back around 11 and waited for the piercing some more. It was finally around 12 that Melissa came in and we found out she was the ONLY PIERCER there rocking out that whole day!!! She took us back and was SO kind and friendly, we discussed what I wanted (piercing on both sides of the nose) and how it would look because of my nose shape, and she was super patient as we adjusted one side multiple times to get it just right. She also hooked me up with a different piece of jewelry at no additional cost because of my anatomy, all while being literally exhausted. She gave me good aftercare tips and told me to text her if I had questions about ANYTHING. I’ve never felt so safe with a piercer in my life. They also let us honor the tattoo flash deal the next day since we didn’t have time, and Yvette/Marie was so funny and sweet and patient as I was dramatic about my first tattoo. She has a light touch and my tattoo looks great! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it was a little disorganized and kinda awkward being ushered around places in the shop while waiting on Friday, and the wait time was crazy, but honestly as a whole I’m not even mad cause it was a great day, and it ended up being very fun and memorable. I’ll start by saying Luis Ramirez is an amazing artist, I watched his work for over a year before I saved up enough money to start a sleeve with him. Finally got into my first appointment (was supposed to be a 6 hour appointment he had something come up after 2 hours) we got all the outlines done and everything looked great. I was super excited about it. I give him 100$ deposit to schedule the second appointment, drive a hour round trip, and he didn’t even show up or answer my calls. He finally got ahold of me and apologized and I thought whatever things happen. So we reschedule the appointment and when the day we rescheduled for came he ignored my messages all day long, finally got ahold of him, and he had some excuse on why he had to run out of town last second. Okay whatever I’m fine with it and we reschedule for a THIRD time. The THIRD rescheduled appointment time comes around and I message him several times if we are still good for the time (since he stood me up and wasted a hour drive the first time) and he would just read my messages and not reply. And then I checked his story 30 minutes before my appointment time it’s a picture of him putting a huge stencil on someone else. I finally gave up and am just going to live with a halfway done REALISM TATTOO on my arm. So bummed out about the deal as I looked forward to this for over a year. Never sent me my deposit back after blowing me off 3 times in a row. I’ve never dealt with a shadier person, just don’t make the mistake of signing up for a big piece of work with this dude, one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in my life and just warning others so it doesn’t happen to them.

I will give the establishment a 1, i read great reviews on how they welcome you, are very nice! Absolutely not the case i requested an appointment through FB they asked me which artist i wanted i requested two, then they confirmed the appointment, i said thanks, who will i be scheduled with from the two i requested left me on read. I arrive to my appointment a female was sitting in the front did not greet me, i said hello, i have an appointment get a nasty look. She said with who? told her another nasty face saying no. I show her the confirmation she walks back to a male I'm going to guess it's luis he say's no! then calls me over asks me my name and said where did you make the appointment once again showed him the confirmation. He goes back and talks to an artist. And say's come here she will take care of you! Should have left but decided to continue, i met gabs she was very sweet and professional. Made me feel comfortable in her chair after all that nasty attitude i dealt with. I give ink by gabs a 5 star and even though she is new she does such great work and has the sweetest vibe. I hope they can really take this review and work on their customer service skills and really make people...
