i hope the community rallies around this young business woman and her family owned business. so i work for a company that hires people to transport kindergartners to 12th grade children that cant ride school bus to and from home to school the school district pays my company to do so and i am always between car line to car line hungry looking for good food to eat as i wait for other peoples children to get out from school. i wasnt sure for weeks now i saw u guys setup and i never carry cash i called number on google glad to hear u took debit and credit and i and i had the pleasure of meeting Ms Noellia(maybe misspelled) i amazed that this soon to be umkc grad a business major ur business sense to build together a family business mom, stepdad, and boyfriend ur obviously the beauty n the brains but ur stepdads recipes are great i think it was his heart in creating my order. seeing it freshly made didnt take him long at all. the other commenter mentioned the price bit pricey but what u get for fresh LARGE shrimp i saw all the effort the seasonings superb. I once was a OTR trucker and had the best ceviche on my travels from different states came back home looking for ceviche there are no places that create great ceviche here in KC its hit or miss. I told u how inwent to Los Cabos first time to find ceviche it was great second time it was horrible i was told when i complained to staff the difference was depends on whom makes it. Your stepdads recipes give Los Cabos a run for their money. i think it was very smart young lady because u cant really find fresh mexican seafood a lot of the locations here its stored or premade. i watch ur step dad and all u guys work together as a family to create my whole order. u convinced me try ur house special shrimp soup. IM SO GLAD U DID! it was soooo good the taste and wasnt no tiny shrimpy shrimp like at the chain restaurants u had big shrimp. when he said did i want shell on and showed me the actual grey shrimp i was like those are real huge actually look like whole shrimp from sea not cut up pieces. like your food truck business model cause u can stand there ur stepdad ask how i wanted my food prepared. they dont do that anymore anywhere u typically get what u get. i’ve been congested that soup cleared my air ways. that soup i feel for $7 bucks is (non inflammatory food) something i could eat all the time and its...
Read moreAs soon as we came into the restaurant, it was very open as far as seating. They had outdoor seating, we went at night. So we did not sit outside, but they do have a nice outdoor area to sit at the waitress was very welcoming. She gave us a lot of ideas on menu items and drink options. The drinks were amazing. We ordered a spicy michelada and a pineapple sensation, and that is actually brought out to you in a fresh pineapple, and so that was nice and refreshing. The food was amazing. We got the crab boil and the only thing I can say about the crab boil is that the sauce that the crab boil is cooked in was a little spicy, but it was also sweet. And I like my crab boil sauce to be spicy with a Cajun kick. But other than that, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere. It was just as good. This is a place I will definitely want to come back to. We ended our meal with a spicy Tequila shot that had chamoy and Tajin and that was...
Read moreWe are from out of town and we're just heading back home when we decided to stop and both decided, we wanted something with shrimp. We didnt know the area so were unsure because of the location of the restaurant what it would be like. This was the best decision we could have made for seafood options as they have so many different ones the makes it hard to pick because everything looks so good! Extremely authentic food couldn't have asked for better. The staff was extremely friendly. We even messed up our order in order the wrong thing and one of the owners came out and he still allowed us to get the correct dish and did not charge us for the other one which we really appreciate. I got shrimp and octopus ceviche and my boyfriend got a seafood mixture of some kind that came out steaming like a fajita bowl, it was very spicy...
