Recently I went with a group of friends to see the Wicked sing along and we had a great time! The view was amazing and the service was excellent.

Our night was going perfectly until a woman stopped me and my friend in the second song of the movie to tell us that our singing was too loud and that we sounded terrible. Taken back we explained that the movie was a sing along experience and that she could turn up the sound in her headphones. Mind you, our singing was not above the normal volume of a conversation and the headphones cancelled enough noise to still hear the movie. We understand her reaction does not reflect the company in any way. It would just be helpful if there were more of a disclaimer to those watching a sing along that people will in fact be singing the songs of the movie they paid to watch. There was a short opening speech before the movie and that would have been the perfect time to mention it.

My daughter and I went to see Sinners at the Rooftop Cinema in Kansas City and had such a wonderful experience! We booked the Adirondack Love Seats, which were incredibly comfortable, and loved that the ticket price included popcorn. We just added some drinks and candy, which made it easy and fun.

The rooftop space itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bar and concession stand were well done, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The atmosphere really makes for a unique movie night experience.

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to have a slightly more expansive food menu. That said, we were more than satisfied with our popcorn, drinks, and candy. Overall, it was a fantastic night out, and I highly recommend Rooftop Cinema for anyone looking for a fun and comfortable evening...
