Ricos Tacos Lupe — Restaurant in Kansas City

Horrible service. Server got my order wrong and put cilantro on my tacos. Also my tostada was gross and tasted like soap and plastic. I asked for grilled onions but they were not cooked so I didn't eat them. My son's cheese quesadilla was gross so he didn't get to eat. I asked for a cup for my tea which was the wrong tea anyway. I got the canned tea instead of plastic bottle. Waited 20 mins. No cup. Asked the other server. She brought it right away. Never got to ask for my chips to be refilled or anything because after server took our order she never came back to our table at all. Not even to give us a check. Took over an hour to even get our food. Bathroom is unisex and smaller than a broom closet. With all the good reviews I saw on here I couldn't believe how bad our experience was. This was the worst dining experience from our whole vacation. The only reason I gave 1 star was because my husband liked his tacos, but he couldn't even order more because no one would come to our table. FIRST OF ALL. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS. Reminds me of food truck tacos from Tijuana. 5/5 for taste. Then there's the rest.

1st time. Ordered uber eats, got all food items, didnt get the 2 Mexican cokes. Blew this one off as I ordered 2 horchatas as well, counted it as a few bucks lost.

2nd time. Ordered uber eats, meal was destroyed. Not uber eats fault. Meal was missing 4 items, was told by employee there that they didn't put it in the bag and they'd remake it and they apologized. Drove to pick the food up myself after verifying with them that they were remaking the entire order. I was pointed to each individual bag and told what it included, including my tacos. I should have checked them. Yet again, missing food items. Called the manager, explained that their employees messed up twice now on the same order, employee refused to take fault while stumbling over her words in the background of the conversation. The manager attempted to cut me off 3 times while I was explaining.
