Tldr: bland meats, watered down sauces.

Below average mexican food. They don't add any spices to the meat so expect very bland meats(carne asada, al pastor and chicken). Their sauces (salsa dips and cheese dips) were watered down to the point of not having any salsa chunks. Their taqueria were flavorless and the soft shelled were very heavy to the point that the outer layer should be removed. The giant burrito tasted like it had just been microwaved. The best part of the meal were the tostadas which were okay but still not redeeming for the rest. Although most of the service was good, the meal came to an end in an off putting way when we were asked how our meal was. We said it was okay at first because we didn't feel like complaining but the waitress was very insisting on feedback. Once we gave her our honest opinion about the bland meat and watered down sauce she went and told the owner only to come back and tell us that it had been the first time in 30 years someone had said that about the food(as if to say we were wrong for thinking that) and we could feel the rest of the staff awkwardly staring at us from that point on. Something is different about this place today. My friends and I have been coming here for years. I'm never going back. I am very disappointed by the service or lack thereof to be accurate at my most recent visit. We did not get what we ordered. The popular fried chicken taco was not what I have been served several times in the past. The server was no help. I have seen her there over the years but do not know her name. She barley took my order and never checked back with us at any point in the 2 hours we were there. She even cut me off a couple times when trying to order and ask a question about my food. Just walked away in mid sentence even. This was one of the most disrespectful and worse service I've ever had. I got my own to go box's (which I don't mind usually) and never got my bill. After waiting for a considerable amount of time I decided to leave cash on the table and go. I think we waited there for 30 minutes or longer just for the check. I used to rave about this place. I have been a customer since I was a child. I have recommended this place to many people. I will never go back. We went in tonight for dinner. We never got asked or served drinks or food. They gave us chips and we sat there for 15+ minutes waiting to be waited on. We watched another family get a table "set up from the back", seated, water was brought, and order was taken all while we sat waiting. When I asked a server to help us find out who our server was, she was rude and talked to me like no server should talk to a paying customer.
