I've used Affordable Blinds & Shutters four different times over the past several years. I go back to them every time - for many reasons. Foremost is the fact that EVERY time the results are fantastic.

Abby - always pleasant and accommodating with the initial call and keeps communicating constantly, from order placement to updates, confirming install dates and follow up afterward.

Steve - not only has such great knowledge of new and existing products but also has a terrific eye for design, he is always friendly and professional - a joy to work with.

Rik - an install guru! He is always punctual, gets right to work, is FAST - has a great sense of humor and can troubleshoot on the fly - he leaves the house as if he were never there and is if the blinds and shutters were ALWAYS there!

I contacted Affordable Blinds & Shutters about window coverings for a new home. We were very pleased with the process from initial contact and first reviewing online the different products available to assist with selecting blinds to meet our needs. Meeting with a very knowledgeable design-sales-install representative Jenny, she provided awesome expertise on options and we quickly narrowed our selection down to move forward with the installation date. The installer, Greg, arrived with all shades ordered. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Completed the installation throughout the house quickly, answered questions and did a great job. There were a few issues identified that required reorder, but these were taken care of within a few weeks and the job was then completed satisfactorily by Greg and Rick. Everything is fabulous! They look wonderful, Rick was great, right on time, great to work with. We are so happy. Had a Board meeting in our classroom space 2 days before install and the sun was beating down on everyone and folks were moving around and taking off layers, it was less than ideal. I was so happy to be able to tell them about Affordable Blinds and assure them that the next meeting would be less bright and much cooler.
