This Taco Bell is the worst. I just moved to Parkville not that long ago. I tried eating at this store twice. The first time, I went through the drive-through at about 12:30am. Supposedly they close at 1am. After sitting in the drive thru for like, almost 10 minutes.. someone comes to the speaker to tell me that "they can't make nothing because the grill is off." ... So you turn the grill off before you even close, and not only that .. but you leave me to sit for almost 10 minutes before telling me that. Awesome . Fast forward to tonight, I'm sitting here starving so I figured, What the heck.. It's close by, maybe they had an off night, and decide to go up there. I know they are open until 2 tonight so things should be good right? I get there, pull up to the speaker and the dude is like.. "Ma'am just wanted you to know we are out of Beef. So anything with Beef on it, we cannot make." Oh okay so basically you can't make anything. And oh great, anything I get will be chicken, which I'll be paying extra for, to accommodate your beef shortage. How do you run out of your staple ingredient?
For real, save yourself the trouble and drive the extra 5 minutes to the Barry Rd. location. I just got back from there. They were busy, but fast.. and I drove all the way back to Parkville and my food is still hot. It's not even remotely skimpy like some Taco Bells are and they hooked me up with a ton of sauce. The dude at the drive thru was also very friendly. I'll never go back to Parkville, not even worth navigating their weird...
Read moreIf 0 stars was an option, trust me it would be selected. Franchise owners take note:
1.)This location was marked as closed at 8 p.m.on Google and within the TacoBell mobile app though it was open. So was unable to use the mobile app due to that inaccuracy. Store was open and serving at 9:10 p.m.
2.) There was a paper covering the order confirmation screen stating the location would be open at 5 p.m., So visually confirming my order was taken correctly was not possible.
3.) Waited at the order screen for 7 minutes plus before anyone said hello or anything.
4.) The order was missing an item that I had ordered.
5.) I had not visited this location in over 6 months due to the order being incorrect EVERY SINGLE time in the last 5 visits, thus making me go through every single item (since each item is not wrapped in a unique packaging) and go back to the store for the order to be corrected.
6.) Previous to this visit, when I had to return to the store to correct my order yet again, I went inside and asked to speak to the manager or whom ever was currently in charge. The employee stated the manager was currently not at the store and could not provide an ETA on return. I will never visit this...
Read moreI know part of my experience was due to the gentleman at the window not being able to hear me and him not communicating with me besides nodding his head. I asked three times if he had added jalapenos and he said yes and not at his head three times back. When the manager had to help him at the register I mentioned that I had said something to him three times and I was not clear if he had given it to me or not. He had not. The manager then asked for a side of jalapenos. I had already paid for my meal and then they wanted another $0.59 or something and I paid with a debit card. The reason I asked the young man at the window before my card was charged because of this charge I knew I would incur. I do not carry cash I only carry cards. The burrito itself was fine but if you are not very clear with the customer then the customer drives off and finds out they didn't get what they wanted which has happened to me more than once at this location. I always double check to make sure I have everything but I'm not going to unwrap a burrito and make sure what I asked for is in it before I leave. this means there has to be better communication and if you have to talk about her because of the mask then you...
