I recently moved across the street from this place. Other places in the neighborhood have been great, so thought I would give this place a shot. Ordered with no issues and it went downhill from there. Waited 10 minutes at the bar for a coke. Then waited and waited for my order, an appetizer and a salad. After about 20 minutes I was told they had "forgotten" to make my appetizer and would I be ok with taking it to go. I was ok with that, though it seemed a weird approach, especially since there had been no sight of my meal anyway. Ten minutes later, they came to tell me they "just realized" they were out of the salmon for my SALMON salad. They were so sorry. By now, I had spent 30 minutes there. I said, no problem, just refund the order for the Salmon Salad and I would just take the appetizer, which I was sure was ready to go by then. They refunded the entire order, which was fine, but by then, I just wanted to leave, so I asked for the appetizer. Amazingly, it wasn't ready! They said they'd have it done "in a couple minutes" by then, I had basically no appetite anyway, so I just left. I not only won't go back, I will tell this story to anyone I encounter in the neighborhood and advise folks to enter at...

The food was ok, but the service was not very good at all. We asked for the appetizer, the rosemary bread with marinara, and we didn't receive it until after our food was made and we had eaten and finished our food. They, then, made 3 appetizers after we asked for the status of our appetizer and they told us they'd have it right out. We watched as it sat on their counter for 5 minutes. 2 other apps were made AND given to the other customers that came after us. And when we finally got ours, we just asked for them to bring us boxes to go. They brought us another small serving of marinara. We didn't ask for that. We asked for boxes. Not sure how they mixed that up. But the waitres we had seemed to not be able to complete her job, as she sent someone else to deliver what she was incapable of doing. Idk if it was her 1st day working ever but she seems to not understand how to be accountable for anything. Also, the app had less flavor than the bread it was made on. Not sure how you do that.
