Let me preface my review with saying I don't actually live in Texas nor have had the opportunity to visit this shop in person. I found this shop owner through the popular social media app TikTok.

The shop itself appears very clean, organized, and feels very welcoming for the guests it entertains. There is an abundance of crystals fit for all needs and a very knowledgeable source to guide you along the way.

The online shopping experience for this business is very user friendly especially for us folks in another state. The website layout is simple to navigate for first time buyers and it is easy to find what you are after. I understand a lot of online shoppers tend to worry about the item photo vs. what they will actually receive and Mystic Heart Holistic has a solution for this concern. When this shop is livestreaming on TikTok you can actually ask to see the products that are listed on the website and get a full look at what you will receive before even placing an order. There is a flat rate price for shipping which I felt was reasonable vs. the alternative of waiting 2-4 weeks for a shipment from overseas. The owner is very patient and offers a pleasant experience all around and I would highly recommend this same shopping experience to any other crystal enthusiasts.

I found this shop in the last quarter of 2023 AFTER I went to a different shop in Houston that sold me a fake malachite bracelet. Over time, I have gotten to know the owners and Louise who is almost always there. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a metaphysical shop as their items are reasonably priced and fair. When you start getting into crystals, it gets very pricey, very FAST.

They always have a good variety and bring in unique items. It may be a small shop however they have a lot of items in there without feeling cluttered.

My favorite part about this shop other than the customer service is when you buy something, they will clear the energy from all previous people it has come into contact in with a bell. I am still new to crystals and how they play a role in my life. However, each time on Tiktok Live, I have a such a wonderful experience learning more about the crystals from the science to their formation and to the roles they play. Mike, is such a kind and caring teacher. Each order I get from him is better than the last. The quality of each piece and how they are charged and cleansed has a whole different feel to it in comparison to the others I have bought.
