Nova Arts is a wonderful cozy small business place in Keene, and I've enjoyed their shows often in the past. I unfortunately had a last minute emergency the other night and couldn't attend the event my family had paid for. We recently were in a car accident and are out of work at the moment. This event was a special night we could barely afford but wanted to make happen for our family. Not being able to attend due to the serious emergency we asked for a refund and were refused even after even explaining the whole situation. I've been a big supporter of Nova Arts and have enjoyed many of their shows, but won't go back now. I had a pet emergency and inquired about a refund on my tickets but they refused. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't have made a plea for a refund, but I was desperate because I'm out of work due to an accident and this was an extravagant purchase.
