The pick up procedures suck! I was picking up a uber eats package order from here and on the app it literally says "do not wait in line for checkout to pick up package" which seems pretty normal considering all pick up orders are usually like that anyways. When I got there, there were 2 customers with 2 employees helping them at the register, I waited and waited and no one was even acknowledging my existence, not even other employees who came by multiple times, I had to finally interrupt the kid checking out the customer (it's the same customer from when I first got there lol they take forever) and told him who I was picking up for, he said that he could help me but after he finished with the customer and i said "okay thank you". After he was finished he was ignoring me again and then left, I thought he was getting my order but apparently he went on break and left the store, meanwhile the line to checkout has gotten huge and there's now only one employee, the other employee finally acknowledges my existence and says that I need to wait in line to retrieve my order, lmao 10 mins has passed, there's multiple employees, the other kid who said he would help me left without saying anything, and now the line was huge with customers who had gotten there after me. I told her that the instructions says to not wait in line and that I will be waiting right here due to that. The story gets longer because I keep getting ignored, some other employee tells me that i need to wait in the still huge line and I keep telling them that's not how pick up works. Anyways after 20 mins of being ignored and other customers wondering why I'm not getting helped they finally gave me my order but not without attitude and was still refusing to give me my order until I gave them my full name. This is outrageous because pick up orders are meant to be quick and efficient and they caused me to lose out on money I could've been making due to the wait.    Read moreI bought a pair of jeans at A&F at Town Center at Cobb recently and realized a few days ago that it still had its security tag on when I tried to wear it. Went back to the store on 9/13/23, around 3 pm, to get the security tag off. There was a young lady in long braided black hair who was very unprofessional and utterly disrespectful. When I told her that I didn't have the receipt and she could verify my purchase using my credit card, she did not even bother to make an effort to verify my purchase. I expressed my displeasure to her that I was going through this and she got angry and started arguing with me that I should have the receipt to be able to get the tag off. There is a nice way of doing everything and a not so nice way too and she chose the latter. The staff were not diligent enough to take the tag off which forced me to make multiple trips and the unprofessional behavior only made it even more unpleasantful. She did not even bother to try and help me and was only interested in being disrespectful. She did not make the least amount of effort to verify my purchase and that would have been very helpful as that was the only piece of clothing I bought that day. Instead, she gave me free advice to go on youtube to take it off myself which can damage the merchandise. This sort of unprofessional behavior doesn't help the store or the brand in any which way and I don't plan to go back...

Okay… but what really did it for me is when they told me they wouldnt sell me the item on the mannequin because it was damaged. You wont give me a discount on damaged good on the sales floor and you wont sell me damaged good on a mannequin. I just wanted a tshirt and pants, but the lack of logic caused me to just walk out. I dont write reviews often but damn, why did this even happen? Give discounts on damaged goods. Sell mannequin items. Problem solved.
