There was a girl working there who was extremely rude to me for no reason. She appeared to be about 5'4, light skin, and treated me and my friends with extreme disrespect. I asked to look at the jewelry, so she had to open the case and appeared to be mad about the fact she had to walk over and open the case. I was looking at a pair of earrings for my friend, and I needed to make sure the gauge size was correct. I needed an 18 g size, and the earrings I liked best appeared to be 16g. I am extremely familiar with gauge sizes, so I asked her if she was sure that these earrings were actually 18g. Without saying anything, she looks at me with an angry expression and holds out one of her hands. I was confused and didnt know what she wanted, and once i started to ask what she wanted me to do, she cut me off and said "hand me the earring," I only handed her one, because I thought she only needed one to check the size. She then said in a very rude way "Both of them..?!" So i handed her both earrings and she walked away and in only 3 seconds she "measured" them and told me they were 18g. I went to your store today around 6:30 at the mall in Kennesaw Georgia I was greeted by two people with my emotional support service dragon on me not a thing was said I get back to where the shot glasses are and I have one of your Clarks come up to tell me that I'm not welcome in your store because of my emotional support animal this is very disappointing while I was in that mall I went to six other stores not once was there a complaint in fact must be associates were asking about her same with the mall security but all the sudden your sore is denying my service animal entry from my mental disorder I would have thought a story of your caliber would actually care about mental disease but obviously you don't and for this reason I will no longer be a customer of yours and I'm going to let everybody know that I talk to but you do not care about mental health and you deny...

Just walked in to buy some ear plugs. Alexia? (Pink haired manager) asked if I needed help. I just asked if they had a way for me to check the size of a plug I had for a size up and she said “no”. So I said “ok” and kept looking at jewelry. She didn’t offer to let me look at a set in a similar size over the package to check. Just walked away. I found a set I liked and walked over to her and she was just leaning on the counter on her phone. I asked if I could look at some plugs and she rolled her eyes and yelled for someone named patrick to come help me. He was really nice and grabbed me a set to compare sizes so I was able to determine what size my plugs were. I don’t think she should be in a manager position if she’s not willing to help customers with the most simple requests. Won’t be back...
