Pleasantly surprised by this spot! I have walked past this restaurant more times than I would like to admit. Mainly because I am not a fan of buffets. However, I decided to try something new and check out this spot. When you walk in you are greeted by the cashier. We ordered two buffets and it cost about $30. This does include a drink of choice. After being seated and drink orders placed you proceed to the buffet. Man oh man- they have something for everyone. There is a salad section, several different meat options, a number of sides, to includes starches and vegetables, a few bread options and of course dessert! I started off trying the salad section. I love the chicken salad and ha it a few different times. After trying the salad section I went over to the hot bar. I honestly enjoyed everything with the exception of the mac and cheese. I do have to admit that I am a tough critic when it comes to mac and cheese because my dad does it the best! Dessert was just ok. I think I may have tried a chocolate cake that was decent. However, I would not bother with too many of the desserts Overall- a great place for good home style cooked food. Price is also not bad. You can’t get a full meal for $15 too many places these days.

Will somebody please stop me from going to this place?? Generally, I do not like buffets, but the food at this place is so good, I keep coming back. The restaurant is in a mini mall. There is plenty of parking. The price for all you can eat is extremely reasonable! One person, depending on age and eating in, will not pay more than 15.00. The assortment of food is too varied for.me to list all. But what I have tried ; different types of chicken, meatloaf, and vegetables, were all good. There is a take out available...you put food in containers and the containers are weighed Some days very crowded)Sunday after church) and other days less so. The atmosphere is not upscale it is your regular diner type environment. Everything is kept clean. When someone invited me to go here, I really put up a fuss. Now I cannot stop going when I am in the area!

Food was good. This sign was off putting- especially with a contradictory Bible passage taking up a wall on the other side of the restaurant. Now back to the food- the Mac and cheese was sone of the best i have ever had. The Banana pudding was spectacular! I got a soup bowl of ir on my second go around! Meatloaf was also very good. This is a great place for old folks and it seems everyone in North Georgia knows that already cause the place was packed at 2 in the afternoon!! It was a clean venue and the staff did okay. I will definitely go back for the food- a bit sadden by the archaic atmosphere but as the crowd shows and the sign says, my opinion doesn't have to count.

The food is average to sub par for buffet faire. The selection is pretty standard. Corn, potatoes, chicken, a few soups limited by season.

The reason for the low stars is because one winter night i was waiting after dinner inside, since it was cold outside, and my nose had started leaking clear fluids. So i used the tissues and they piled up a bit. I had paid the check and needed to wait for 9 or 10 pm closing time.

A waitress or waitor did not like me staying there, so a higher tier manager was brought in to tell me to leave because they had a policy of no more than 1 hr. And 2 tables over is a guy reading the newspaper and has been there before i entered. It wsd quite obvious this was an excuse to make me leave. This was 2019 or 2018 not 2020 where people had an excuse. Most of the tables were indeed empty.

Right by the door was this large yeshua quote or religious line about offering shelter and welcome. As a son of god, they clearly did not offer shelter. Nor did i request it afterwards from people who are not worth my time. Nor does it matter who is responsible. The waitresses do not make policy and are fine workers normally. It only takes one type of this experience to convince to never go back. And since 2018 and 2019 i have not stepped through the door. There are better alternatives on that street.

The location is simply low energy and low frequency. Even the floors are rather sticky and make a noise when walking. For people that desire integrity, heart service, and true principles, this has never been the place to find such nor shall it be before the end of this age. If that does not bother your appetite, then it should not deter you from visiting. Golden corall and iron age are less than a...

I went to the location on Barrett Parkway this evening. I was satisfied by the food. The staff made sure the food was hot and fresh and our drinks were always refilled. It is very unfortunate that I lost my appetite because of the horrible attitude displayed by a woman who works there. I do not know if she is the owner or a manager, but she is very obviously a person in charge there. I have been there a few times, and I’ve noticed that she looks at you and your food with a disgusted look upon her face. It, of course, tends to make one feel very uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the food has been good which is why we continued to go there. This evening, when closing time started coming around, our party was finishing up eating so that we could promptly leave. She stomps up to us and starts yanking our finished plates off of our table. Her tone was very loud, and she kept asking us if we were done yet. When we told her that we were finishing up, she started grumbling under her breath and slamming the plates around more. She kept screaming at the staff as well during our time there, which completely ruined the atmosphere. The waitress that we had tonight was absolutely amazing. She was very sweet and provided excellent customer service. An employee like that should be treated with respect. ESPECIALLY since she is 9 months pregnant. It was revealed to us that the woman had been giving her issues. Not only that, but it is that poor waitresses’ due date today and she is working. It is such a shame that the Barrett parkway location in that Cobb Shopping Center has such an ill-mannered and frankly unpleasant person...

Alright, I’ll start off by saying that their service was great, however the food, just about everything was MID, their Mac and cheese was the best thing there and by a long shot, the collard greens and cabbage had no seasoning whatsoever so it just tasted like watered down greens, sad to say it did not make me want to slap somebody’s mama. Their Jambalaya looked like it was sitting under the heat lamps for too long and so I didn’t even dare try it because 🚩. Their dessert was most definitely the worst part, the banana pudding was what I was most excited for and it tasted really bland and the idea of it being that bad threw me off, I could’ve cried myself to sleep that day, it indeed was not bussin. The buttermilk pie….I don’t know who said “oh yeah this slaps!” And put that ish in the buffet..but I’ve never put anything so bad into my mouth, I regret taking as big of a bite as I did thinking it was going to taste so good, this will forever traumatize me. The flashbacks will be ever so detailed of how sour and buttery it tasted in my mouth, at that point throw the whole recipe away. They had grape salad which was interesting and so I tried it and it was definitely new to me but I wasn’t a fan, plus the grape had seeds and one bite into those seeds could just violate your taste buds. It was about 5:00 when I went so i don’t know if they were just having an off day or what but I was pretty disappointed, still ate, just disappointed..2/5...
