Well I've been want to try this since I saw it open a few months ago today. We had the opportunity to do that. Three of us went for lunch and I guess you have to get used to the way that food comes out in different cultures. Restaurants. Now this is a quick food restaurant. Do you go in order at the counter and receive your drinks and sit down. When your orders ready they'll bring it to your table and put it down and say thank you and walk away so it's not any quote service. They also bring out the product as it is finished cooking. So everyone doesn't get their food the same time. Being as the main item is fried rice and fried rice bowls, it's very easy to have a large order of rice cooked and very easy to add the different items to make the different fried rice and quickly have it done in a wok. That being said, one of his ordered kimchi fried rice, one of his ordered wings and one of us ordered tomatsu ramen. We also ordered three orders of spring rolls. As we sat down in a few minutes the kimchi fried rice came right out and it was set down in front of that person. Then we sat and maybe 9 minutes later the ramen was brought out. Then about another 8 or so minutes and the wings for brought out along with the spring rolls. So I'm not sure if this is a cultural thing or how they run their kitchen so that they knock out what is quickest. First being as it is a quick service restaurant and not a dining experience restaurant. Now on to the food the kimchi fried rice was tasty. My friend did have issues that the cabbage in the kimchi was very rough. The large chop and with the plastic utensils that they give you is very difficult to eat. He did wind up using chopsticks which made it a bit easier but the chop of the cabbage was very very large. The ramen was good. The fish cakes were okay. The corn was out of a can and which is fine but it tasted like it was out of a can. The broth was good in the ramen noodles were so so it tasted well and it was a nice bowl of ramen. The pork on the other hand was very good and done well which save the dish. The person had the wings really enjoyed them. The 15 minute wait wasn't that well received, but he did enjoy the wings and he said that they are very tasty and the honey mustard sauce was good. Spring rolls were frozen spring rolls from a purveyor and can you say they were good. So overall, if you're looking for a dining experience with an excellent product, your expectations would not be met here. If you're looking for a good fried rice quick service and then not a large price then this place is just fine. I'm sure that I will return one day when I'm just in the mood for some quick fried rice. Whether you come or not, I will leave...
Read moreBrought my daughter here today (6/15/25) as an early birthday dinner/gift. This place and the customer service was above my expectations! As soon as we walked in we were greeted; the place was nice, bright, open, and clean. Being it was our first time visiting, we didn't quite know what we wanted. Neil, who was on the register, was extremely patient with us and a growing line while we were trying to figure it out and changing/adding stuff to our order.
After completing our order, he let us know how long it would be and we took a seat. We had purchased the passion fruit green tea and my son an oreo shake. While tasting the shake I spilled some on my white shirt! I looked over toward the counter and Ms. Cindy was staring at me and preparing to head my way with a handful of napkins. She made sure that I was okay and made sure we liked our drinks (clearly it was so good my shirt wanted some 🙃🤣). She spent some time talking with us complimenting my family and made us feel so at home; even fixing my sons tucked in collar lol. She thank us for coming and went back to work.
The food came in a decent time. Was hot and fresh. Everything looks as advertised. I reordered drinks to take home 🫣.
Once getting to my car, my daughter spilled my entire drink in the back seat; I sent her back in to order another one. She told me that she went to pull the money out and Neil, after chuckling, told her not to worry about it and gave her another drink!
I live about 30-45 mins from this place, but because of how my children and myself were treated, I will certainly be back.
Please check them out, you will NOT be disappointed!
Thank you so much Ms. Cindy and Neil for your...
Read moreWe came to Master Bowl for the first time to try the food for my husband's birthday, we drove 1 hour to get to the place, we had never ordered and we approached the cashier for recommendations and she looked at us with a bad face, she told us to order by yourself since we are behind and I can't take your order. Even so, I decided to order and experiment on my own at the order here machines and when paying we asked for help again since we were going to pay cash she made nasty face to us we didn’t know how to react to that . She answered us with a ignorant face and told us they would have to do it in front then after they told us to go back to the kiosk and put our order ourselves . Instead of approaching us nicely she answers us and looks at us stupid because we were going to pay in cash 😳. And I think to myself and said , if you had asked us first time if we going to pay cash or card this wouldn’t had happened, when we went to the front and said that it was our first time here. For me I had my very bad experience and really because of this miserable service, I will never experience new things again, especially for someone's birthday. The worst of all is that it was $124.89. Since I work in customer service, I think it's the best thing you can do to treat your customers well so they can come back. I can't say the girl's name. I can only say that her face and her lack of friendliness took me away. desire to eat Maybe you had a miserable day, but you don't have to act like that with customers. Very expensive for a fast food place, in my opinion, something normal that any other restaurant can have, food is ok also they add the tips automatically with...
