I used to go here during lunch hours when I had a time off during the week. Different hours now so this because this spot is on my way home from work, today I decided to stop in for the wings which I think have a good buffalo sauce flavor. Place is usually neat and I always saw the bartenders wiping down the counter and tables. Today I was disappointed. BIG TIME! The bartender was friendly kind of and after placing my order I got my drink right away but the wings took forever. She was obviously ready to get off and started closing out everyone's tab. In spite of her never asking if everything was okay, just rushing to finish her shift, I still gave her a $5 tip for a $15 order and there was no thank you..nothing..Crickets!!

To beat that when the wings did come out they were not tasty, looked old and they was barely any buffalo sauce, mostly fried, tasteless wings. I was too tired to complain. She didn't offer any napkins so I had to grab the small drink napkins off the bar. Once the next shift came on, I asked this bartender for some bigger napkins, she happily obliged. No sooner did I get into my last wing, here comes a roach coming crawling out right next to my basket from behind the bar. That finalized it for me!! I immediately jumped up, grabbed my drink and my things and moved to a larger area. I was so disgusted and I know now I will never order food from there again. I'm not sure I feel safe to buy a drink either, convenient location or not. I know sometimes businesses may have issues because of their neighbors but please get a good exterminator! I hosted a celebration of life event at Sidelines on 6/30. The Wednesday prior to this date, I stopped in and spoke with the manager on duty at that time, Steve. He was extremely nice and took down all the details of the event to ensure our time there was just as we wanted it. He even called the owner (Chris) to make him aware of the special occasion. Both Steve and Chris followed up with me prior to, during and after the event to make sure everything was going well. It meant a great deal to me that they each took time out of their day to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a prime example of exemplary customer service! Our dedicated server (Taylor) was amazing as well! She was a sweetheart, very attentive and never let our glasses get empty.
