The restroom stunk really bad and some of the toilets weren't kept clean. It was messy but it was stocked with amenities. The waitress didn't care how long it took her to tend to us. We waited almost 15 mins in between receiving our salad bowls, then the same just for bread, then the same just on our endless pasta. The spiked strawberry lemonade I had was good. The chicken pasta I had was awfully dry and so were the first batch of bread. I asked for butter because it was just so dry, and had to wait 15 minutes for just that as well. She was uncoordinated. If she just brought out the salad with the butter at the same time, that would have helped for me to eat it then. I actually flagged down another waitress to have her tend to us because we waited so long in-between our foods and she told us our own waitress will come help us. . After I had my dry chicken pasta, I mentioned to our waitress that I didn't like it and instead of hearing me out, she just booked it out of sight. I thought that was strange but just wanted to pay and leave, that we did. We left her a $10 tip anyway. I advise y'all to not come here unless that's all you have is time and you're not starving because waiting for almost an hour to get your main dish when it was just Alfredo chicken pasta after working all day with nothing in your belly will really make you ill. Thank God I was blessed with a lot of patience and understanding to go through ordeals like this. The crispy chicken btw tastes identical to Zaxby's crispy chicken salad. It was buttery and good, but the Alfredo pasta was quite horrible. Better to make it at home and it's super cheap. Needless to say, we will not be returning here. Best to order drinks here and...
Read moreAbsolutely dissatisfied!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have been in different Olive Garden from travelling In different states and in 13 years we have never had this kind of experience.
We stopped by this one; traveled for 6 hours and stoped by to have a bowl of soup and salad. When we came in Rose our waiter asked us what we wanted as drinks I said peach tea and my husband also said peach tea. She left and after a long time brought him water and for me regular watered down tea. We asked her again ; this is not what we ordered can you bring us sweet peach tea. She came back with another cup of regular tea and we said that’s not what we want ; she said we are out of syrup but I can go open another bottle for you if you want . Really ??? So we also ordered zuppa Tuscana and got watered down with nothing in it. No potatoes, no sausage , no kale . Not even salty whitish liquid. Never brought us breadsticks never asked if we wanted cheese on it ; didn’t even bring a spoon. When I asked can I have one , with a sigh ‘’ok I can get you one’’ was her response ! Ordered calamari ; never brought us that either ; hungry and disappointed beyond we asked for a check. She brought the check and when we asked why we had to pay for something she never brought ; her response was it’s prob the kitchens mistake. No apologies. Anything we asked her she made it seem like it was a chore to bring us something like grilled chicken we ordered to our salad , or plates for the salad or a spoon. Also the chicken we ordered she brought 3-4 little pieces and charged us $5 for them !!! We always considered Olive Garden to be a go to place with amazing service and most delicious food. I’m not sure about...
Read moreDecent dining room experience, abysmal service from staff. Our waiter, Evan, was genuinely trying his best so I am not upset with him. But the manager on duty and kitchen staff are horrendous.
We got breadsticks 2 at a time. We were served our salad at the same time as our mains (about 20 mins after seating), meaning our dishes died (went cold) while we ate our salad. Our salad was served to us with the root end of the romaine in the salad itself, a very big no-no which speaks to the laziness from the kitchen. The red onion was barely if at all sliced while the lettuce was horribly uneven in cut. Simple things anyone in their own kitchen can accomplish were failed at. Then they served me Woody chicken breast with my main, which made half of it inedible because they are cheaping out on meat. For 21 dollars on a main, I want edible food, not necrotic flesh. Utterly unacceptable.
And the entire time we were there, the manager (woman with long braids and an orange sweater on) and 2 servers were loudly talking about... well, things that most people ought to talk about in private. I don't want to hear about you "gettin' it" while I am eating fake Italian slop. My appetite is already struggling to hold on.
Its okay though. They convinced me that my laziness in not just cooking at home is a bad habit, and that paying them $50 for 2 is not worth the slop they are peddling. I'll stay home and cook rather than walk back into an Olive...
