Manager Amanda is not helpful and extremely rude. I came in the store to purchase two items and both were marked $18.50. I got to the check out counter and was charged $24.50 for one of the items. I thought maybe I had viewed the tag wrong, but after looking at the items once I got home I noted no, I was actually over charged $6. I called the store and notified them, and they told me they had just marked the inventory incorrectly. They told me to return the item marked incorrectly if I wanted to not purchase it for $24.50. I bought both items as a gift and I only intended to call so they could know they over charged me and perhaps extend something to me like a discount on future purchase to make it right. Amanda handled the situation with complete disrespect, basically saying even though I offered to show a picture of the item labeled the wrong price and they had the info from my receipt, thereās nothing she could do. What kind of manager canāt take care of a customer? The mall is dying and itās because online shopping never leads to an experience like this lol
I think Iād rather shop online than stand in a 95 degree mall store with makeshift AC machines junking up floor and huge lines bc thereās only one checkout cashier. I had bought some panties for my wife and needed to exchange some. When I got there, an associate was waiting outside and greeted me. She helped me figure out where to find the needed items and let someone inside know to expect me. When I entered, the second associate quickly helped me find exactly what I needed. Then at check out there was some problems with the computer. But the third associate(Kate) was patient and worked through the problem. Overall the team did a great job helping me find what I needed without making me feel awkward. I wish I could mention them all by name.
Secondly, I was VERY hesitant to got to the store in person because of the current popular masking mandates. I have a serious problem with being able to wear a mask. Many places arenāt respectful of my health needs and are either unwelcoming, hostile, or even discriminatory towards me because of it. Instead, this team was VERY welcoming, friendly, and helpful for the entire process. Thank you so much.

I love the innovation and the new stuff. But when you have been a supporter for your wife's interests mainly. You see things from another point of view. Sure it's nice to see your woman happy and proudly and confidently wearing her favorite undergarments and other fashion they produce. But when it get so commercially processes it becomes sterile and longer has the same personal touch. They have had products built so much better in the past. She fell in love with these outfits. I want a replacement for them at any cost. They don't exist and they have nothing like them. So for me, I must just let go and continue to purchase cheaper and cheaper made garments that don't last as long. I am looking for less commercial vendors now. Being such a loyal consumer for decades, makes for a sad condition. As usual where I must consider just moving on and finding a new venue.
