Utterly disappointing there have been continuous changes to management as well as ownership of the property but a continuous failure to address Community issues there is no securement of either gate entering the property at any point Day evening or night which has resulted in the three separate attempts to steal my vehicle the last of which resulted in hundreds of dollars of damage to the vehicle but management will assume no responsibility for said damages so just be informed that this is a possibility stairwells to the building are beyond disgusting covered in filth and trash with a smell that is comprable to a trash truck staff is all but unavailable upon several attempts to meet with them in office there is never a member of the community management team available they claim they are showing units to Future residents but upon further investigation there are no management Personnel on-site as they are stretched too thin and busy assisting other communities maintenance staff has limited capability and after several Communications with management regarding a repair after nearly three months there has been no progress made after becoming frustrated went to visit another community managed by the same Property Management Group there were four Personnel in office at this property while there were none at the Madeira Grove property when stressing that I would like to speak to a senior member of management I was pointed to a gentleman who claimed to be responsible for the oversight of their management teams I addressed the issue with him as well gave him all of my contact information and nearly a month later have had absolutely no follow-up parking is additionally a nightmare as their parking is too Limited they have been aware of this issue for a while but are either unable or unwilling to make adjustments to ensure they resolve the issue additionally after expressing frustration over noise complaints I was informed that there is nothing they can do to enforce a noise policy prior to 10 p.m. even though their lease clearly stipulates any conduct that is disruptive to the comfort of other tenants...

0 stars if I could! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve lived here for 3yrs now, everything was nice and quiet once I first moved here everything was kept up with and office staff were friendly and caring. Then the complex got bought out by Ashford bayside which then Tony office manager arrived he was super nice and cared about his residents and concerns. He always sent emails for any updates, made sure letters were sent regarding children running around alone, tried to make the community better. Had police drive around during the days and nights to monitor the property.

Ever since Tony left then everything has gone down hill, no one cleans, unsupervised children destroying the property, elevators always broken, urine in the halls and elevators. No communication between office and residents, the new office lady “Natalie” is VERY unprofessional, super rude, ghetto and doesn’t ever answer the phones or remembers her residents. No emails are sent to advise of any complex updates, work needing to be done, or even if they are shutting off water or power, & they don’t fix anything!

Once lease is up I will be leaving and will never recommend these apartments to anyone. They want to charge you over priced for apartments that are not worth it or worth...

I'm visiting family from out of state and i've got to say, this is the worst place I've ever been the of the toilets is completely messed up, and when i let my family know about it they said that all that was done was caulk around toilet which doesn't fix a leak it anything, when we tried to swim at 12:00pm, well within the hours of operation on the office there was no one there and from the looks of it hadn't been for the whole day we proceeded to check periodically up until the business hours said they were closed and never seen anyone there each time we checked. Previously the family that is there had asked about swimming on the weekends because your pool at this location is supposed to be open on the weekends (it isn't) and they were told by some of your staff that someone else from your staff is supposed to be there to unlock the gate and they don't show up, this is honestly the absolute worst place ive been im Florida and I plan on telling people that if they move to florida dont buy Avesta. Hopefully this review is seen by your higher ups because the staff at Madeira Grove needs to be fired and rehired with people who are compenent and able to do their job, not the incompetent imbeciles that are...
