Listen, as consumers we sometimes businesses for granted. But there's something to be said when you walk into a business and feel the genuine warmth that hits you SOON as u walk thru the door. It's one thing when the employees are nice, but when the OWNER makes u feel so welcome... what do u say?? This owner from DAY1 has made my sister & I feel like family. It's not forced, he REALLY CARES about his customers. I don't mean to be long-winded but after a few visits, my sister lost her 24yr son to Cancer. There's not ONE visit where he didn't ask about the journey. He ACTUALLY AWESOME and it has rubbed off on his employee's. They see how active he is about TRULY asking about how your doing that it's contagious. Even his employee's even boast about how they love him and began to tell their story of how he believed in them & gave them a chance!! He's truly considered family. One last thing, when we first met him we told him what we like and hope for him to have in the store when he opened. Most of these shops just talk and say okay yes we'll get it. He said, " Wait, let me grab a pan and write down your flavors.." The VERY next visit EVERY single item we said was THERE! Please know, we generally love and respect you as a business owner...

I've been a regular at Smoke Shop Zone for quite some time, and I must say, it's the highlight of my week. The primary reason for my loyalty is the new manager, Abdullah. His friendly demeanor and engaging conversations are what draw me and my friends to this shop time and again.

My journey with Smoke Shop Zone began with routine vape purchases. However, after several visits, it became clear that this place had much more to offer, particularly in terms of hookahs. The quality and prices here are simply unmatched. In fact, the deals were so impressive that my friends and I ended up purchasing four different hookahs in one go!

Every visit to Smoke Shop Zone is a pleasure. Abdullah is doing a fantastic job in growing the business, maintaining sensible pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. His approach is commendable – he doesn't exploit the neighborhood with exorbitant prices.

I cant even begin to explain how amazing these guys are. I am currently going through chemotherapy and walked in for the first time today. They made me feel like family and were super kind. They took their time to explain everything and we shared stories back and forth of our families. Truly some of the best people I've come across in awhile. So happy to have this shop in my neighborhood . I will be a returning customer for life. If you choose any other smoke shop besides this one .....you are missing out because this is by far the best one there is, hands down.
