Huge selection of tile in this store. We had made a trip in previously and we were given a quote after we had a consultation and were under the impression that a certain tile would work for our tile shower floor. I came into the store looking for bathroom floor tile and Deb was extremely helpful. She informed me that this tile was going to be extremely difficult as a shower floor and was not typically recommended due to the size and shape of what I had. Deb spent time with me, walking me through the store to pick new tile out, exchange what I had ordered, find a floor tile, and load it out to my vehicle. I came here after my order from another tile distributer fell through. They have a fantastic selection of in-stock tile - I was able to completely redesign my full bathroom remodel and be out the door with tile in hand. Customer service was excellent. All employees were friendly and eager to offer assistance. "J" was particularly helpful in assisting me select my tile and pick my order. She was quick with the sqft calculator, loaded items on carts for me, and had my whole order cued up by the time I got to the front. I cannot praise the staff at the Kentwood, Michigan Floor & Decore enough. Every department is top notch! I really appreciate the level of professionalism that I receive every time I stop in their store. I really have too give special accolades to the entire store for so gracefully dealing with the world wide internet outage today. Every member went above and beyond to help every customer during the time of systemic shutdowns.
