Too many issues at this location that I'm not going back. Higher chance of getting drive through orders wrong than I would expect for industry standard. Sometimes food is cold. What got me suspect though is lobby is constantly playing explicitly religious music all the time.
My most recent visit they were short staffed (understandable, I can't blame the workers). But after standing at the front counter for nearly ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I tried to politely ask the kid who was delivering drive through if he knew when front counter. He ignored me. He had been pointedly ignoring me, not even turning around to look at me. I can get front counter wasn't his job (probably?) but he could at least say hi. I tried to talk to him a couple more times politely (not yelling or demanding he do anything). At that point I just left, my time waiting and smiling wasted. I certainly wasn't going to go through the drive through because I didn't know what this guy has against me and I wasn't going to take a chance he'd take his frustration out on me.
I had a rainbow lanyard dangling from the keys in my pocket - so that if I drop my keys in the snow they're easier to find. Did he catch a glimpse and think I was gay, being purposefully homophobic at me? I don't know, I'll never find out, never going back again.
I've met some of the staff that are really super nice, and again I don't fault anyone for being overworked and underpaid, but I'm not going to risk spinning the roulette wheel at this location again to see if I get good...
   Read moreI have NEVER been to a fast food restaurant that takes AN HOUR to make an order. This location is completely DISASTROUS in terms of time and management. We had 5 pickup orders and after waiting for 20+ minutes we had to ASK if our order has been made. The employees that seemed completely untrained had no idea what we were talking about and we had to find our order on the screen for them. Then it took them 20 additional minutes to make our first order, which I finished while waiting another 20 minutes waiting for the rest of our orders. None of them had receipts on them, none of the employees except for the manager knew even how to print one. They got one the orders completely wrong and took it back with a âohâ. After waiting we had to ask again if a replacement was being made and thatâs when they realized that they had a messed up order (??). The people that came after us literally all got their food before us. Not a single âweâre sorry for the inconvenienceâ. This location has completely trashed Burger King for us. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS...
   Read moreAttempted to get lunch at this location. There was only one person running the front drive thru window as well as the front counter. There were 2 people in front of me when I arrived. The first person looked as if they had been there a while. After I had stood in line for about 3 minutes the gentleman comes up and takes the first person's order. Then immediately goes back to getting drive thru orders. After 5 more minutes the second person is still waiting to have their order taken and the first person has none of their order. The drive thru however was getting orders out. I saw the name tag of the person running both area and was shocked to see it was the restaurant manager. He never even acknowledged either me or the person in front of me. I left at this point. Seems like a restaurant manager would at least be service driven enough to at least let us know what kind of wait we were in for. This is typical of any of the local Burger King restaurants.
