You would think online ordering would be the way to go, unfortunately on this day it was not. Placed an order to be picked up and when I arrived a little after the time it was marked to be ready, all I seen was a DoorDash order that was sitting in the to-go spot. Thinking I have to get in line, I hop in line and wait my turn to ask for a pick up where I am then redirected to the end cashier end to pick up my order. To my knowledge, it looks like they hadn’t even started it when I got there. Really didn’t mind the wait all too much, but there were plenty people walking in and out with their food faster than mine was even being started it seemed. Staff was real cool and all, then when I got home we didn’t even get what all we ordered correctly. I ordered a steak burrito and got a burrito filled with rice and veggies. Still good nonetheless, although not what I ordered after waiting for so long. Then my second item was a chicken bowl, with about a 1/3 of what was shown online and in other peoples bowls. Obviously my order seemed to of been rushed, rather than put at a priority to be made correctly and get back to the line they had. I understand it was busy, but as an online order who is HERE now? You’d think the priority would go to getting the order that was way overdue.
Will have to try it again, and given this was my first experience with Qdoba, I sincerely hope they do better next time if I decide to head back. I know one person not going doesn’t make a difference in company profit, but I hope the same experience is not given to the many others that walk through these doors with a mobile order...
Read moreI have been several times and have always been pleased with the food. I went just recently and they lady cashier was down right rude. As she rang up my order, very loudly & across the restaurant, she criticized the nice young man that prepared my food. He prepared my food just fine. She had dark hair, about 5ft 6in tall and she was white. Unfortunately can only give a description of her not a name because she nor any of the other employees were wearing a name tag. It doesn't matter how much I like the food I will not be going back to this...
Read moreI always stop at Qdoba when going through Kerrville though it had been a while. We stopped in yesterday for lunch and ordered two burritos a quesadilla, and three cups for water. They wouldn't give us cups for water and said we had to buy bottles. What? Yep. And they were $3.50 a piece. I eat our quite a bit in my travels and have never seen a restaurant, especially a fast food place, not give cups out for water. Too bad because I like their food but won't stop there again. That is...
