The Rose Shop — Local services in Kerrville

This is the best experience I've ever had with a florist! My brother passed away last week and somehow among all the travel plans and phone calls and grief, I forgot to order flowers until the day before his service. The Rose Shop was recommended and I found a picture on their website that was not one of the "regular order" arrangements. It was huge and unusual. I asked if it was possible to have it made. They checked on it and called me back quickly and said they thought it was possible but it might not be exact. When I walked in the funeral home I was stunned - it looked like it was exactly the same arrangement and it was outstandingly beautiful! They obviously went above and beyond the call of duty. My son lives out of state and ordered flowers for Mother's Day. First of all, they were delivered 2 days late. Secondly they called and complained that we live out of their delivery area. If that's the case, they should have never accepted the order. Third, my wife had to travel 5 miles to meet the delivery guy because he couldn't use the GPS in his phone. Fourth, the flowers arrived in a dismal condition; one of the lilies was half gone, and the roses were all brown around the edges, primarily the ones which were supposed to be pink. I had been looking everywhere for flowers for my wedding and exhausted all options whether it was price, unresponsiveness, or short notice. I called Karen at the flower shop and she said she’d be able to do what I wanted within my price range. I called her only a few weeks before my wedding and did not see my flowers until they were delivered to the venue on my wedding day. I was blown away at the attention to every detail we had discuss and then some!
