Captain Trent answered all of our questions while booking and made sure we were well prepared for our day of fishing! He went above and beyond to make us feel at home from the time he picked us up to the time he dropped us off! We were literally catching fish all day long from start to finish and had to leave the fish biting in order to make it back in time for our cruise ship to leave. Captain Trent went above and beyond to ensure that we had one of the best days we have ever had! He was also very accommodating with our short amount of time we had in Ketchikan. Spending a day fishing with Captain Trent was one of the best experiences ever. I booked a charter with him because my dad was visiting Ketchikan, he really wanted to do some halibut fishing and Ketchikan Sport Fishing had some great reviews. Trent helped us get the job done and then some! We limited out on all of our fish limits (halibut, rockfish, cod) and then we did some extra catch and release just for fun! I had an incredible halibut fishing experience with Ketchikan Sport Fishing, led by Captain Trent! His expertise and friendliness made the trip unforgettable. From the moment we hit the water, Trent's knowledge of the waters and fishing techniques put us right on top of the halibut hotspots.
