Jellyfish Donuts is truly a magical spot in Juneau! From the moment you walk in, you're transported to a dreamy, whimsical world where donuts and art collide. The shop is filled with the most stunning rainbow art that immediately catches your eye--it's vibrant, playful, and perfectly complements the cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Their donuts are absolutely to die for! Soft, fluffy, and bursting with flavor, each one is crafted to perfection. Whether you go for a classic glazed or one of their unique seasonal creations, you can't go wrong. There's a perfect balance of sweetness in every bite, and the variety is incredible--there's something to satisfy every craving. They have a salmon donut , strawberry cheesecake , cookies and cream , and so much more.

But Jellyfish Donuts isn't just about the delicious treats; it's also a hub for local artists. The walls are adorned with beautiful pieces from talented locals, and they even have artwork available for purchase. It's wonderful to see a business that supports and showcases the creativity of the community.

The vibe here is nothing short of dreamy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit a delightful experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast, treating yourself, or looking for a unique gift, Jellyfish Donuts is the place to be. It's a must-visit if you're in Juneau, and once you go, you'll find yourself coming back time and time again....

Nestled within the picturesque port of Ketchikan, Alaska, Jellyfish Donut is a delightful haven for donut enthusiasts seeking a taste of local charm and culinary creativity. This cozy shop offers a tantalizing array of donut treats that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly baked dough fills the air, creating an inviting ambiance that welcomes locals and visitors alike. The shop's rustic decor, adorned with nautical accents and hints of Alaskan wilderness, sets the perfect backdrop for indulging in their signature donuts.

What sets Jellyfish Donut apart is their dedication to quality and innovation. Each donut is handcrafted with care, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We ordered Fruity Pebbles, Cookie Monster and the Oreo and Cream. And none of them disappointed. The Americano coffee and hazelnut latte was fresh and exquisite.

The friendly staff are always ready with a warm smile and expert recommendations, making your visit a memorable experience from start to finish.

Environment – 3/5 Small storefront with counter service. The inside is very compact—not much space to move around or sit—but it was clean. Nothing really stood out in terms of décor or atmosphere.

Service – 2/5 The guy who waited on us was friendly but clearly still learning the ropes. He forgot to give us the donuts we ordered and just kind of stared at us until he realized his mistake. He also prepared our iced caramel lattes, but they were a miss—mine wasn’t even filled to the top, and it had little to no caramel flavor or sweetness. He did apologize and mentioned it was only his second day, which explained a lot. That said, there were other staff nearby who could’ve stepped in to assist but didn’t.

Food – 3/5 They promote their donuts as something special, and there are definitely a lot of unique options, including a salmon-topped donut (yes, really). We stuck with a regular glazed and an Oreo-topped donut. Both were okay—not bad, but not memorable either. Certainly didn’t live up to the hype.

Overall Not a great experience, though I can understand growing pains with new staff. The concept is interesting, and maybe their other locations do it better, but this visit just...

We got off of our cruise ship and we're wandering around the shopping district and noticed this donut shop. We love fresh donuts and we're the first one's in the door that morning. Right after we got there they were flooded with people and the line stretched down the block. The donuts were fresh and warm and they had quite a variety of flavors. The only issue, is her help called in sick for the day and she was the only one working so it took quite a while for our order to come out. I ordered the coconut donut which was $6 as well as a smoothie. That was another $6. The smoothie was not great and I would definitely not recommend it, but the donuts were fantastic My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible
