I would never use this company again! 1st they were 1 hour late for everyone who was on my cruise. Yes they gave an excuse of "we were at the wrong port". I call BS on that one as it's pretty hard to miss a cruise ship in a tiny port. Not to mention their directions tell us exactly where to go which is right off the ship. 2nd they cut our trip short by 1 1/2 hours with no credit or apologies. (1 hour late and then pulled us in 30 minutes earlier than stated. So our 5.5 hour fishing trip was actually less than 3 hours after over an hour of travel time. We used this company to go on an expedition in June 2022 and they shipped our salmon a day early even though we specifically said we wouldn't be home until a certain date. A year later, all of the salmon that we had caught and had sent to us has gone bad because it was so poorly packaged (not airtight, not enough space in the bag for the vacuum sealer to adequately cover the fish and have extra give) and that is a huge disappointment. I was lucky enough to get a trip with captain Sandra. I have lived in alaska my whole life and have never witnessed anything this beautiful! Between the whales bubble feeding all around us and the blue sky and rainbows we constantly heard captain Sandra yell "fish on!!" Never a dull moment. Fish after fish. What an epic adventure.
