I recently went to this shop and wanted my hair cut short. I was told to allow the man to cut my hair longer than I wished and that if I did not like it, I could return the next day and he would give me what I asked for. I should not have, but I reluctantly agreed. Well, after just a few hours back out on the water, the new hair cut was a real problem. It was now too short to stay up and out of the way in the wind but not short enough. I called the next morning and left a message. After several hours, I did not hear back so I called again. I spoke with the guy who cut my hair and he said he had no time for the next two days and that I should come back in three days and he would "hack my hair off". I looked my hair over carefully and discovered it was not the same length on both sides. Even my bangs were not right. I called back and told them I had already gotten the hack job and would not be returning. Just because the owner was on a TV show, does not make this a good business. Additionally, another woman who was there with very short hair told me later she could not believe they did not give me what I asked for from the start. Don't go here. ...

Visiting KW, I had double bleached my short hair before coming. Jumped in the pool & my hair turned very light green! I tried ketchup, ACV, clarifying shampoo, nothing worked & I was crying! It was hideous to me. I called & messaged many local salons & most were closed on Mondays. I called BobbyShop & they were able to book me for an 11am with Amber right away. I was relieved! She was able to remove most of the stubborn green, then give me a more flattering color at my request. I felt so much better & was very pleased! I am writing for a friend who visited the salon this morning and was "butchered" after he had shared his request with the stylist who was NOT listening, for nothing more than shaping up a taking off little hair. I made his appointment with Liz who I was told no longer worked there and they highly recommended Courey? When he arrived he was told she was not available and assigned him to a guy who has kids.
