I was in Key West and visited the Happy Rooster back in May. I found some super cute magnets, puppy paws with pets names on them, and bought three one for each of our dogs. Well 8 months later I got a new puppy, and needed another magnet with her name. I wasn't even sure I had the right store but I was able to speak with someone, I sent them a picture of the magnets I was looking for and immediately got a response right back with my puppy's name on the magnet. Since it was just one magnet I hated to ask if they wouldn't mind shipping it to me in Kentucky, without hesitation they said yes. It's hard to find great customer service, especially over long distances so I certainly appreciate them going above and beyond even for something as little as a magnet for my puppy.
