I wish I could leave zero stars Just used this today. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BEWARE! $50 a person for this s*. waited for an hour in a B stop in a terrible heat, with a toddler. Then we just gave up waiting and had to walk ourselves back to the ship carrying a child for over a mile! We couldn't take Uber or taxi because we don't have a car seat for a small child... Called them several times and I was on hold forever, then someone answered and transferred me to voicemail. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Never again. It has just 3 stops, you have to walk everywhere for quite a long distance, then back to the stop, and their schedule is not clear. They said every 15 minutes, we waited for an hour!!! Nobody knows anything, their stations close at 3:30pm, nobody answers the calls... Absolutely terrible and unorganized. I want...

The tour itself lasted about 1.2 hours, and we could have enjoy another hour with our guide. If we had any burning questions of things to do or see or places to eat, our guide filled in all of...
Read moreWe had the good fortune to tour Key West on Easter Sunday with Kenny as our guide. This was, by far, the single best tour we have ever taken anywhere. Kenny is engaging, clear, very well informed, and truly funny. My wife and I learned an enormous amount about the island and from someone who grew up on Key West — from the history of major storms to fascinating details about the local flora and fauna. Kenny is exceptionally well read and knows how to weave a good story. He’s meticulous about fact and detail and knows how to command and direct the attention of his listeners. Thank...
