Bought a few beach items here. The hat I purchased seems to be of a decent quality. I enjoy it.

However my girlfriend and I each got a snorkel set. They didn't work. Both of them had water leak around the eyes, no seal. No big deal, right? Exchange for maybe the slightly higher priced one because that was the name brand speedo one.

Nope, no go. The "manager" informed me that because the item was open and used and she couldn't sell it, she couldn't do a refund or exchange. She told me I should have tried it on first. So I asked if she regularly had customers open her sealed merchandise to try it on and if she had a bath tub for me to test the seal of the goggles. She was not amused and didn't offer a return. I will be following up with their corporate contact information as well as my credit card company as this is unacceptable customer service.

My recommendation, do not go to this store until the staff is refreshed in customer service and if you still shop here, do not buy any item that you fell you might...

Came here & signs everywhere "T-shirts Buy 3, Get 1 Free", "All t-shirts... ", "all table t-shirts..." Went to counter with 4 shirts plus other items, paid & realized as walking away from counter that a shirt wasn't removed for sale. Cashier got manager, Julija (I assume... since that's the name on my refund receipt), she tells me there's a sign that has a price on it... we walk together to the shirts & there is a sign w/ the price but NO WHERE on the sign/shelves does it say they are not included in the sale. I tell her I want to return 2 shirts then, she tells me store credit. I literally, took 2 steps from counter & that i'm not accepting store credit. She reluctantly gave me a refund & mumbles "next time you should read the signs"... I tell her "next time your signs need to be clear". Never again, will I spend money at a Sunsations! If manager isn't Julija... it's whatever manager was working June 25th....

Been coming to KDH for over 20 years. Have always gone to wings or Walmart for most beach gear items. But went here in search of one thing specifically, a new canopy to shade us from the sun while on the beach. Found what I hoped was a winner. A “Sun Shelter” made by Sunsations themselves. It was $75 after tax. Used it for the first time and one of the posts bent under the wind in less than an hour. Obviously was hoping a company would stand behind their product and allow me to return it for a full refund. Was told “no refunds, no exchanges, and no store credit.” They may have just as well robbed me at gun point. Sent a message to their website’s customer service and received zero response. This place will take your money and laugh at you while doing it. Product was terrible, service was terrible, and the girl behind the counter was as rude as could be.
