This store is a huge disappointment a joke my first visit to this store a buggy full of items headed to check out i have a employee approach me n ask for me and my boyfriend not to return confused i ask why where the man proceeded to just stare at me i told him if he was under the assumption i was trying to steal something he could search my things i would go in the restroom with a female employee and strip completely or better yet lets review the 50 surveillance videos in the store in that being said he responded with i don't have time at that point i looked up to realize we had a rather large crowd seeing he did this in the middle of the store i asked to speak to a manager as i was getting upset he then introduced himself as the owner of the store wow really i then realized as well i was one of the younger people there shopping and myself and my boyfriend are the only ones with tattoos and piercings so it was then i came to terms that he was profiling us judging us for our appearance in yet remind u we have professional tattoos and i have a nose ring a tiny diamond i was so upset and embarrassed i was in tears i opened my wallet n showed the man i had 900$ in cash money n was about to spend every bit of $300 if not more in his store and then i walked out and left im 32 years old but i look no older then most say 21 but to be treated in that manner was rather hurtful and embarrassing i don't advise anyone to give this man any of ur buissnes or money i wouldn't give him the one star i wouldn't even have him open for business if i...

This location has been available to many to the tri cities, as they have been an establishment for over 25 yrs and more than I know. The owner is not just dedicated to his employees but his customers as well. has one of the best talented Lead crafter in this area, which is my opinion, though her work shows. Followed by each employee willing to offer any and all assistance and advice the could have or send you to the one to be an expert. The stock stays consistent and always on point to the season, and the next to come. And their stock caters to so many types of DIY motivational work. Though the best when needed, somethings can be made to order and to customers specs. We love Ben Franklin , always have & always will! We were a little disappointed yesterday because they didn’t seem to have a as many silk flowers for flower arrangements as they usually do! We have bought flowers for my brother’s grave for 11 years now for every holiday & occasion there ! This time every year we always buy orange & white flowers & a Tennessee flag for his grave because he was a big Tennessee Vol fan! This year there was not much to choose from & we found one flag !
