This store was great while I went to it, but this past black frisay really put the nail in the coffin as far as I was concerned.
I went in for the black Friday deals, some of which were great. The store advertised up to 75% off, but I didn't see anything discounted more than 20%, but that was fine by me since the house juices were 3 for 10 and the premium stuff was bogo.
My first problem was with a young man who was not a regular employee as far as I know, at least I had never seen him work there before and he even said he worked for some other vape company 5 days a week. He was tall woth black rimmed glasses and his brother worked there too. He sold me on an artic tank that was on special that day for 9.99. I asked him if it would fit my istick Pico mini and he said it would and that it would be a great tank for me, so I bought it. He also tried to sell me on some mod, and ehen i told me i already had 2 he got his brother to tell me how many mods he had as if that somehow made it ok. I was unimpressed by the peer pressure. I tried to fit the new tank onto my mod, but it was waaay too big. I couldn't for it and my battery cap on at the same time. No big deal I thought, I can just return it. Afterall, I hadn't even walked out of the store yet. I spoke to him and to the owner who was also present. They told me I was basically out of luck and that they didn't do returns for any reason. It didn't matter that I was up sold on a tank that not only couldn't possibly fit my tank, but I found out later from someone at another shop that even if it did fit, my mods wattage doesn't go high enough to push such a large tank. I would just be hitting pure air. So now I'm left with a good tank that I can't even use. Makes a nice paper weight tho.
While I was there I overheard the owner said that whoever sold the most that day got a $100. And that's good to encourage your employess, but that particular employee did so at the cost of losing a regular customer. I use to go there every week for both the juice and my coils, but now I'll not go there and spend money anymore. Not after even the owner didn't care that I was sold something I didn't need for no other reason than to try to put up good numbers.
I left it at 2 stars because the house juices are still pretty good. But if you buy something from there, make sure it's what you want because you can't return it no matter what. And don't let them try to up sell you, because they...
   Read moreI have been ordering my juice and mods through the mail for MANY years. I decided I would like to start buying locally and see if I could find some things I liked at this store. My brother in law goes here every week so I thought perfect opportunity. I call the store to ask if the have a handful or juices I've used in the past, very specific juices that are all "desserty" like vanilla mostly custards maybe something like cakes. Whatever! Anyhow, literally named off 3 or 4 different brands id liked in the past. They carried exactly 0 of these juices and instead of recommending a juice they DID carry the rude lady that answered just told me she didn't have any of them and rushed me off the phone. No trying AT ALL to sell anything in there. I would be a weekly customer as he is, which blows my mind as a female probably the same one was also super rude to him but they carry a specific juice he can't really find anywhere else so I guess I get it. But, wouldn't you want to sell some juices? Like isn't their job to literally see what you like and sell it to you or at the very least let you know what they have that's similar to what you like? I for real vape the most "generic white girl" flavor out there!! Vanilla/cake/custard!! Lmao She acted like I was bothering her for having to answer the phone and answer some questions for me... was bananas to me!! I guess I just need to stick to buying through the mail and need to stop wanting to help my local vape shops!! That's just nuts to me!! Please have your employees be a little more nice and helpful. I wouldn't rate it due to the way I was treated by the worker that particular day. My friend asked me to give you a second chance. And with them on my mind. I came back.
