We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday party. I personally thought she may have been a little to old to have a birthday party here, but I was very WRONG. This was a great birthday party and all the kiddos enjoyed it from the youngest to the oldest. The room in the back is set-up perfectly for parties. If you are looking for something to do in Kingsport, I would find a different activity. The salesperson who assisted us was pleasant and very helpful. However, for the entirety of the time that we were there we were completely ignored by who I assumed was the owner. We didn’t received a hi, you’re welcome, thank you, have a good day, or a goodbye. Three coatings is not enough for paint. I could still see the white underneath after they fired it. This is why I wanted the more pigmented colors. They told me no for those. Also I wanted a certain color in the detailed "pens", however they wouldn't put the color I was currently using in there which made it difficult to make it look nicer and i think affected the final product.
