I stumbled across Alesia Artisan Jewelry Boutique while looking for jewelry for my grandsons wedding. I had a very specific vision of what I was looking for. The wedding was in Sedona AZ next to a creek, so I knew I wanted something very “Sedona-ish” and nature inspired. The instant I saw the Dogwood necklace and earrings by Michael Michaud my heart skipped a beat and I was obsessed! They’re everthing I was looking for! I love floral inspired jewelry and the colors in the dogwood flower necklace & earrings were perfect with my dress. When I purchased the necklace and earrings I got a message from the owners, Melody and David stating that the necklace had gone out of stock over the weekend. I explained that I had been searching for the perfect necklace and earrings for months and now the wedding was in less than two weeks! They said they would reach out to the artist to see if the necklace could be drop shipped, by the artist. My heart sank and I was worried that it wouldn’t arrive in time for the wedding.

Happy to report that thankfully it all worked out! The artist, Michael Michaud drop shipped my necklace and it arrived in just a couple of days, and the earrings arrived just a day later. I’m so grateful for the expedient customer service by owners Melody & David and the artist Michael Michaud. Such a great shopping and customer service experience that I’m now forever a devoted fan and customer to both Alesia Artisan Jewelry Boutique and Michael Michaud. I’ve already got my eye on a few more pieces by Michael and a couple of the other artists.

I’m always drawn to unique jewelry designs and the featured artists in this sweet boutique are truly master artisans. I’m so happy that I found this beautiful little gem of a boutique! I love supporting small family owned businesses and artists whose focus is also sustainability. The featured artists are a true testament to the boutiques commitment to curate from artists that also support sustainability by using recycled metals, ethically sourced gemstones and conflict free labor.

What a beautiful and comfortable shop, it feels welcoming the minute you walk in the door and they have a wonderful shop dog that would love a good head scratch! But a huge thanks to Steve and Melody. I cant thank them enough, Steve made sure to ask all the right ring questions, from asking what her style is, the profile of her hands, her her hobbies and level of activity. Then Steve and Melody picked out a few different designs that might fit her. After a design was picked and the stone was chosen they went out of their way to order a few stones from different supliers to look for cut and clarity and picked the best one. Then went above and beyond to make sure the stone was set deep as possible and the anchors were flush so there were zero snags to protect the stone.
