This has by far been the worst salon I have ever visited and I was appalled by the level of customer service. To give some context, I had bought a Groupon voucher (applicable to new customers only) for haircut, partial highlights, blow dry and styling. As soon as I walked in, the hair stylist accused me of not being a new customer, saying she has seen me there before. This is nonsense as I recently moved to Bellevue. To top it all, she was very cunning and manipulative - tried to convince me to pay extra for the hair color and also for having a longer hair length. I told her to give me a couple of minutes to check the terms and conditions on my Groupon voucher, but she got so impatient. She literally asked me - so if you’re not willing to pay for the color, you wanna go? This was absolutely rude.

I was already accused for lying and then later asked to leave indirectly. Are you kidding me? I just walked away after that. Worst...

My previous review was deleted. Had my hair done by Maria, who overbleached my hair. I asked for curtain bangs and she cut a fringe. I confirmed my appointment on Friday. Come Monday she calls pressuring me into postponing 30min-1hour hour bc she called once during the weekend too and I said absolutely not as I had work. When I arrive she was already cutting someones hair. she dyed my roots even though I didn't want that. She also yanked the HELL out of my hair as she was brushing it wet, which hairstylists...

If you’re a MALE.. avoid this place at all costs! The pictures this lying lady has of all of the male haircuts are stock photos taken from the internet. She is in NO WAY capable of doing those cuts. I went to get a simple fade, and she messed me up, with zero blending, and the lines looking wavier than a drunk mans vision. AVOID THIS PLACE!! She CANNOT do men’s haircuts. I could’ve done a better job by myself...
