Update following the reply from the owner: I was trying to call you to schedule for weeks after your system double charged me. It was not just one day.

I even came to the shop to try to schedule in person since you didn't respond to my text or pick up my calls. You mentioned you'll let me know and again went radio silent.

I never blocked your number.

You never said anything about the hospital or your child being born ever.

If you messed up, refunding the double charged amount would have been the right fix not coming up...
