Regina Celeste is the worst skincare specialist I have come across. Few months back I did a scar camouflage process with her. She is cheap, unprofessional and very much unqualified. She messed up my forehead scar like no other. If you are trying to get a scar camouflage, i recommend you to stay away from here. She has zero knowledge about skin rejuvenation especially for Indian subcontinent, asian and AA skin types. After first scar camouflage treatment, my forehead dark spot went from bad to worse. It caused a lot of hyperpigmentation. Regina admitted that some things went wrong and that its possible for Indian, Asian and AA skin types to have sever Post Inflammatory hyperpigmentation. After 6 weeks the PIH never faded and she called her AA colleague for micro-needling to address the PIH. Even that didn't work. It's quite clear that she is a noobie and doesn't have any experience outside white skin types quite contrasting to her claims that she has 20 years of experience on all skin types. I was really nervous about having permanent makeup done, but Regina understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered! It was really important everything be quite subtle, and absolutely no one has noticed the eyelash enhancement except me :) I also got freckles, and get compliments on them constantly. I've since gone back to have them added to because I liked the results so much!

I would never go to anyone else. Regina has been extremely professional, and gone above and beyond what I would have expected, especially given her modest price range. She's honest, hardworking, likable, and seems to constantly be finding ways to improve her craft (and to expand her services).

Since it's semi-permanent, I definitely recommend doing research before booking an appointment. The process was definitely worth it for me. The results have lasted a long time (photos from roughly a year after first service), and it sounds like there's flexibility if you want it to fade...

I have had a couple of lip blush sessions with Regina. She was great about giving me pre and post care instructions before I set up my appointments with her. During the appointments she kept me at ease and numbed my lips several time to keep the procedure mostly painless. She really took her time and did the lip line and the rest of the lip beautifully. The color of the lip the first time came very natural made me feel super confident (a petal pink shade). The second time I got a slightly darker shade and it turned out even more beautiful.
