Yet Another great experience. Food again excellent I loved the fresh pasta perfectly cooked paccheri seafood dish, Calamari app was amazing soft and tasty great side sauce little spice. Our party also had the lamb shank special with risotto delicious fresh. Lobster Raviloi and the Sunday sauce HUGE. Chef Mama came out to sing great voice she came over to our table talked about her town in Italy use the lager portions little like family style when the dine. Her hospitality along with the rest of the staff is warming only place I know of in the Seattle area that has this kind of Hospitality and quality food. Highly recommend

We had a great experience we were a party of four celebrating a birthday. We are local and heard great things from neighbors we were not disappointed. Where to start many great things I can say about this restaurant. Fist noticeable is the decor which is amazing looks like you are in New York love all the photos on the walls. Place was packed. Then we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco while we had to wait for our table. Had a nice conversation with the Italian owner very Charismatic person. We were seated by a pretty and friendly hostess. Let’s go to the food ;menu is extensive and great choices. I had the veal chop with gnocchi have to say flavors were perfect right amount of seasoning veal was tender nicely breaded. Gnocchi were soft you can see they were made fresh /tomato sauce was very good with small chunks of tomato. Everyone loved there dishes from rigatoni spicy chicken to short rib ravioli topped with a nice piece of short rib. Calamari were the best I’ve had. They bring truffle cheese between courses which is excellent. I can go on and on. Gold toilet was cool atmosphere was amazing and energetic. Service was perfect and professional. Ended with a flair candle birthday dessert. Actually didn’t end there. They brought us a digestive drink which actually worked. Can’t say enough great things about this place. A Genuine Italian Gem!

Just discovered this outstanding new Italian restaurant that brings authentic flavors and expert preparation to our area. From the moment you're seated, it's clear this place understands what makes Italian dining special.

The service stands out immediately - the staff demonstrates both warmth and expertise, thoroughly versed in the menu and daily specials. Their attentiveness adds significantly to the dining experience.

The kitchen truly shines with its execution of classic Italian dishes. Their Sunday sauce pasta features generous portions with tender short rib and flavorful sausage throughout. The halibut special was a standout, perfectly prepared and seasoned. The broccoli rabe appetizer demonstrated a deft touch, lightly braised to bring out its best qualities.

Save room for dessert - the cannolis are exceptional, featuring perfectly crisp shells filled with a beautifully balanced cream and finished with chocolate shavings.

For those interested in the finer points of Italian cuisine, there are a few minor areas for refinement: the deep bowls used for pasta dishes could be swapped for shallower ones to better showcase the components, and the risotto would benefit from traditional Arborio rice for that classic creamy texture. These are small details in what is otherwise excellent execution.

The only real consideration is the ambiance - the dining room runs slightly dark and the noise level can make conversation challenging during busy periods. However, these are minor concerns given the exceptional quality of both food and service.

For anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine in our area, Rimini Restaurant sets a new standard. It's a welcome addition to the local dining scene and already establishing itself as the destination for genuine Italian fare.

My dining experience at Rimini was nothing short of extraordinary. The moment I stepped inside, I was transported back to Florence, Italy. The ambiance, the music, and the incredible food created an unforgettable evening.

Service: Gino was an absolute delight! His attentive and friendly service elevated the entire dining experience. We took his recommendations of the lamb shank and the halibut, and both were impeccably cooked and came with a side of risotto. Gino's genuine enthusiasm and warm hospitality made us feel like part of the family. Big shout out to Gino for being such an amazing server!

Music: Tony's guitar playing was the perfect accompaniment to the evening. Not only did he kill it on the guitar, but he also played a beautiful rendition of a Beatles song for me, despite his love for Italian music. Tony's talent and passion were evident in every note, and his performance added an extra layer of magic to the night.

Food: The Italian dishes were nothing short of mind-blowing. From the first bite to the last, every dish was a culinary masterpiece. The flavors were authentic, and the quality of the ingredients was exceptional. This was, without a doubt, the best meal I've ever had in the States.

Overall, the vibe at Rimini was out of this world. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Having arrived on the scene in late August 2024, it's quickly become a popular restaurant, and for good reason. If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience with fantastic service and incredible music, Rimini is the place to be.
