Just went to a Starbucks (Osceola parkway in Kissimmee) I wish I could give this store a zero honestly! Worst customer service ever!. Had to report this store to corporate!. Went to Starbucks and was told they ran out of coffee so they suggested other items whom in which I then got instead. Once I arrived to the window I told the manager you guys seriously ran out of coffee? And she said "no! Who told you that" well one of your employees did she said "we're brewing one now" as I told her well she could've said that I would've waited I came here for coffee.. As I'm talking to her another employee rips my debit card out of my hand without me handing it over and swipes it and returns it to me and says thanks and shuts the door as I'm conversating with the manager and I wait in the window and he opens the window again and says yes?? And I say I was talking to your manager and he's like oh her she's not the manager I'm like really she told me she is can you get her? And he's like "if you want to keep speaking to her park your car and come inside" I said no I came to drive thru for a reason as my handicap tag hangs from the window... And he gets her again and I tell her how rude this guy is and that I want his name to report him to corporate as he snatched my card and disrespected me. Was then told "we're not allowed to give our names" okay well can I have a card with your district manager.... Had to wait a while of coarse to get one... Called district as well as corporate don't care about the gift card they are sending me point is you go to Starbucks for good service not to be disrespected, lied too, and have a window shut on your face... Question is is there coffee? And who is the manager really??. (Avoid this store!) think I'm switching to another brand of coffee.......
Read moreFor you to know me, I love to feel welcome. When I walked into Starbucks, nobody greeted me and maybe because it was very early and they just opened. But isn't that's why you pick your shifts? So your time spent at work suite you and your personality. After I came out the restroom, I asked the guy if it can be cleaned and he looked at me like I disrespected him. I came to him and asked him how his day was going and then asked. I was going to be there for a while so the next time I had to use the lady's room, is want to be comfortable... That's all. He never mentioned it to anybody to get the bathroom clean. Even the other workers were in and out and I don't see how they didn't take the time out to sanitize it for there own well being. I was there for over an hour and it never got cleaned. I didn't take pictures until I was ready to go because I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they will satisfy there customers. A lot of people in the drive thru were very aggravated because for some reason, they had people waiting on the side for there order. Why??... It's starbucks! Morning shift is very sluggish and don't do their job properly. Looks like night shift didn't clean before they closed because morning shift was feeling some type of way. Like I said... I was there as soon as they opened the doors that morning and the floors wasn't even swept so the bathroom (I'm sure) wasn't done by night shift either. But if you feel like that still clean it for your customers because it make your shift look bad and make a complaint. The sweets stand looked so yummy and neat. Handicapped...
Read moreThis has to be one of the absolute worst costumer experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. The unprofessionalism I faced was beyond disrespectful. I wish it were possible to leave NO stars. I came to order in English even though Spanish is my native language. The barista didn’t understand me and I ended up paying for something I didn’t order. I come back with my daughter (who speaks perfect English) to explain what is going on. Another barista “helps me” and tells me “it’s fine it was just a mistake” while seeming bothered. Then ends up rudely saying “I speak Spanish” when my daughter was explaining what I wanted to order. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding she seems bothered as if I have caused her an inconvenience. Later as I wait for my new order she hands me another drink. Instead of it being cold she had made it hot. I explain again that I wanted an iced latte. She tells me again, with a bunch of attitude. “It’s not a big issue.” I explained to her it is, because I had been there longer than I intended to because of their mistakes and lack of understanding. She tries to turn the tables on me saying it was my fault. I refuted it by saying “you never asked me, and you’re the barista” we get into a bit of a discussion and I asked for a refund on a gift card she said no I can’t do that. I left unsatisfied, belittled and dehumanized.
The second barista was named “Camila” who claimed to be the manger, which she also asked for my name though I found that extremely unprofessional. This whole situation occurred around...
