Came in with my daughter to check out the shop for the first time. I really had high hopes for this place. However, as someone who has experience running a business, customer service is one of the most important aspects of owning a company. Overall, the shop was a lot nicer than what I expected. The two blonde girls behind the counter, however, acted as if we were there asking for free stuff. Not once did they say hi or asked if we needed help. They were so stuck up and when my daughter asked them a question, they seemed bothered. Klamath already has limited shopping, but when you hire people with zero customer service skills and on top of that rude, they will damage your clientele. This boutique is an absolute GEM! From the moment I walked in, the owner made the whole experience feel personal and unforgettable. She truly went above and beyond—not just helping me shop, but creating a unique, one-of-a-kind experience that you don’t find anywhere else. My mom and I walked in, with no verbal greeting, just a disgusted look. Other customers walked in and the owner, made it a point to talk to them, explain the concept and timeline of the store. Even offered cookies. Yet, we didn't even get a smile. She went above and beyond to talk to all the guests, while walking around tending to the store, except my mom and I. I am not sure if it was because I was the only non white customer or the only queer presenting customer in the store. Even as we left there was no thank you, come again, nothing.
