Vida Dulce — Restaurant in Knightdale

If I could put a 0 as the star, I would. I took my nieces to go get ice cream & we left with nothing but a bad experience. The cashier upfront was incredibly rude and didn’t have any patience for my little girls. She was rushing them on their orders and rolled her eyes twice. I noticed her behavior & asked to please have patience since they are young. Regardless no matter how young a customer is , you still have to have the same respect as you would for any other customer. The service at this place was horrible. Why was there NO wet floor sign on the floor from it being mopped? My girls or any other customer could’ve fallen. Please do better. This place has potential but having employees like that won’t do any justice. I won’t be going there again & don’t recommend anyone else...

This place is overrated For a 10+ banana split I would think for them to put the basic toppings on a traditional banana split The ice cream flavors aren’t all that Maybe I’m just not ordering the good stuff Got our ice cream order wrong after pointing to the specific ice cream was given the incorrect one didn’t realize it until we were eating it .. music is so loud can barely hear the employees responses. I loved the fried Oreos I had there (Knightdale location) And overall the young lady taking care of us was pleasant but the reason I’m leaving a not so great review is because of the negligence one of the employees/manager was displaying. A “David” allowed Two young men to enter and have a full conversation with him without the use of a mask when there was a clear sign on the door that there is no service without a mask.
