Whoever was working at 3:15 pm Saturday February 9th deserves a raise. That young lady was working her butt off and she was the only person back there. The reason I rated 3 stars is that she was the ONLY person back there. As a person she deserves 10 stars. Whoever is in charge of scheduling deserves 1 star. There is NO reason in the middle of a Saturday for only 1 person to be scheduled. I used to work at Starbucks in Harris Teeter over 10 years ago and Iām sad to see that this practice is still being implemented. And itās not just the employee who suffers. When I see a long line of people waiting to get coffee Iām likely to just take a pass and go elsewhere for my product or just make it at home. Which means Starbucks and Target are loosing out on money. Not to mention it just doesnāt look good on the company. My intention here is to help. Help employees, customers, and both companies. Please do a better job with scheduling and donāt leave these poor people back there all by themselves to make complicated drinks for dozens of people. At the very least, get someone who can come from another department when it gets busy. Itās good for everyone. And please give that girl a pay raise or AT LEAST some sort of comendation or gift card or SOMETHING. She deserves it. Despite having to wait on dozens of people all at once, she helped everyone as quickly as possible and was polite and did not complain one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's a nice place for me to get some work done remotely my husband and I travel and work quite a bit out of state and I usually come here to work on my online business while I wait for him to get off work... the barristas who take my order upfront are nice but some have made snarky comments when you ask for something so minor like napkins "we are all out"..how? and like refilling the bathroom tissue, she said "go home and use it" ..what?.. I don't think after drinking a full cup one should have to drive clear across the city to go home and use the bathroom when this is a public Cafe with a restroom for customers, if that is the case remove the bathroom out of the building.. otherwise it's an OK place to chill and work for a few hours. Cleanliness is something I am used to at Starbucks where we're from, and Starbucks hospitality is why I pay $5 for a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and if it's your job to restock and refill your Cafe, don't give the customers attitude about doing your job, just do your job š. There are plenty of people who would probably agree that if a task so small bothers you to have to do, maybe Starbucks or customer service is not the job for you, find something else to do in life to...

But when I got to the counter to order my drink I saw a (Fly) šŖ° in the food Display and on the counter tops and on drink containers in the back, so I asked the worker is they saw what I saw and he said yes . I asked was he going to whip things down he said no so I said no with my money. Please do better with Sanitation especially during this time as we are still in a pandemic. Train your associates to be courteous kind and clean and not to get upset when someone points out some thing that shouldnāt have to be pointed out by a customer very very poor sanitation values I hope the heck comes in and see...
