This is a pretty store. It has such great potential. But for the years that itâs been here and all the many times that I come into the store to do my Amazon returns. Itâs never changed. Sizes are mixed up and even different groups like sometimes youâll find juniors and womenâs and vice versa. I am a womenâs 10 or a juniors 11 they have so many excess extra extra large sizes and hardly ever The average size. Things are miss marked. All the tables are mixed up with one another and give a sloppy appearance. They have excessive amounts of large clothes and small clothes. Regardless, if itâs juniors or women itâs the same. The last time I was there, I bought a pair of earrings. They were so cute. But I must say that the costume jewelry is way overpriced. Itâs even more higher price than target. Itâs almost like youâre shopping at Macyâs for the prices that youâre paying for the items you buy. The store is pretty messy most of the time. When they finally get in sneakers or shoes, they already outdated they never have anything that when it first comes out that it goes to them. I donât know why this is. Also, the clothing is pretty expensive as well. But itâs frustrating. I have a walker. And itâs only as wide as my two elbows put together. And I still canât get through most of the area because theyâre so incredibly overstocked and thereâs nowhere to put anything so they just throw it out all over the floor. If they have that much product, they shouldnât be ordering anymore and get whatever in the store out on the floor, but not in these exhausted tight tiny spaces. Very dangerous if youâre handicap trying to get through this store. Maybe if they would get more people on the floor to help, that this might help the store Come back to a more organized version of itself. Iâm disappointed because I like the store but I can never hardly go to shop for anything because of the reasons I listed above. I hope one day they get this right I would like to see the store succeed and do better and be handicap accessible which it is not for anybody in this store. Just going through a single aisle you either trip or something falls on you. Again, Iâm sorry for this negativity but the store it just never gets it right and I donât know what the problem is. I even spoke to a manager last year about this and itâs still exactly the same. Thereâs not enough staff. You never see anybody on the floor that you can ask for help. Itâs just so sloppy and messy at this time. The only time I go there is to do my Amazon returns and thatâs not gonna change. The store will fail if it doesnât get things in order. I imagine if customers could find things easier That they would be so much more cash abundant. Sorry, I just saying what I see. Iâm not trying to be mean in anyway itâs just my personal observation over several years...
Read moreI had been going to this Kohl's location for my Amazon returns. They always give you a 20% off coupon when you return something or 35% off if you open a Kohls credit card. I was needing some shoes and looked online. I saw a pair I liked and figured the extra 20% off would make them almost the same price as you can get them at Sporting Goods store that is also in Kyle.
First of all, they have gotten rid of the check out stand on the right side of the store, which is silly. Even when there is not very much traffic, you still have to wait in line to be checked out. I go over to the shoe department and it is picked over. I find a few different shoes in my size. I open one box and it's empty. I open another and there is one shoe in the box and the other is no where to be found. The shoe department could have been stocked a tad bit better. There was an attempt to try and pul all the shoes that are similar. The problem is the shoes were all mixed together, which made it harder to find what you were looking for. I find my size and the wide width I needed. I go up and stand in line. The young girl working the register tells me flat out that my 20% off coupon will not work. I tell her that I read the fine print and it did not say anywhere that the coupon would not work with the brand I was looking for. I explained I did this before wasting my time coming in to buy shoes. She tries ringing me up and the coupon will not take. The shoes rang up the wrong price to begin with. They were on sale on the Kohl's website and I had the Kohl's app open to make sure I grabbed the right ones. She could have tried to have a manager override it and allow me to use the coupon, but only told me that I would be unable to use it. That is very weird because my kid worked at a Department store and he was able to give discounts without any problems, especially if you were a Military Veteran, which I am. I told her I was going to pass and left my coupon. She asked me if I wanted it and told her she could throw it away since I would not be able to use it on anything else anyway because I am sure I would pick something else that was not on "the list". What is even MORE ironic is I went over to the Sporting Good's store, found the exact same shoes that were much cheaper and bought them without any issues. Sorry Kohl's, I will stick to another store that is better stocked and will not give me grief if I try to use a coupon code or a...
Read moreMy name is Brenda Haas Villalta, Iâve left a couple of reviews on yelp about this location in Kyle. Iâm handicap and I use a walker. Your store is neither handicap accessible nor handicap friendly. There is so much merchandise overstock on the floor that should be in the back of the store where no one sees it. Reason being itâs all over the floor. The tables are mixed up, and I tripped several times because the aisles are so incredibly close and the way the clothes are placed are too close to one in another that anybody could trip especially someone whoâs handicap like me. I wrote to the store about it a few months ago and they actually started to fix it real nice where it was becoming spacious enough for handicap people. And then After about 4 to 6 weeks, it went back to its original form of overstock. Everything was close together and too tight for me to walk through without falling. I had sent another comment to the Kohlâs Kyle store. About how everything has reversed and how frustrated I was with them. I explained that there are professionals that can show you how to make your store, handicap, friendly, and accessible. Last time I was there, there was a lovely woman in a wheelchair, and her husband was trying to push her through the aisles. She had no legs. Even she was getting stuck on everything and finally told her husband just take me home! So it doesnât seem like you want to sell merchandise to a handicap population, or at least it really feels that way. I have not heard back from the last two emails I sent them because now theyâre mad at me. Because I put the second post in about how their store is no longer workable. Even though they tried for about a month. It seems like you gave up on my community a long time ago. Iâm sure I donât expect to see any changes or even an answer or response at this point because nobody cares in this company anymore. Iâm giving up on you now rather than the reverse that you have...
